Welcome to Our Nest, a cozy furnished apartment filled with warm natural light and vintage charm. Built in the 1920's, this unique stay features original floors and fixtures with a few nostalgic quirks along the way. Conveniently located near Lower Greenville and just minutes from downtown Dallas, the apartment sits within a charming historic building. Guests also enjoy complimentary admission to the award-winning Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden.

The space
Our Nest is a one bedroom apartment, furnished with a plush queen bed, spacious living room furnished with a chaise sofa sleeper, fully stocked kitchen & bathroom. Always Fresh linens. Comfortably sleeps 4 guests. For guests with little ones we provide a Pack-N-Play, listed as a crib. In the winter months enjoy the ambiance with our cozy fireplace.

Convenient coin operated Washer and Dryer on-site, located in the main hall of our bldg.

If you are bringing a furry friend there is a $50 non-refundable pet fee that is requested the day of your checkin. This fee helps us keep Airbnb's hosting standards and cleaning protocols.

We take pride in hosting our guests; therefore our apartments are up-to-date with city inspections.

Also, our apartments are serviced on a regular basis for pest control. However, we are located in the great state of Texas, and as guests enter and exit the apartment or building bugs can come in from the outside, this doesn't happen often, but want our guests to be aware.

Please note our bathroom has the original layout from the 1920s
