Casa de Mercado is located at a 3,000 sqm private home of Mercado Residence located at Bacolor, Pampanga.

If you need a beautiful and homey place to unwind, relax and stay in Pampanga this is the best place for you.

Perfect also for that staycation that you have been wanting to have— just a few hours away from Metro Manila’s hustle and bustle.

The space
Our guest house is a two-storey modern Bahay-Kubo style.
It has 3 Bedroom with own toilet and bath each bedrooms.
It can accommodate up to 20 guests. If more than 20 guest you can request for extra mattress with additional charge.
Kindly make sure to book the exact number of guests as we do head count upon arrival.

-Amenity-
We have a spacious garden area good for team building or outdoor activities such as badminton, mini golf, frisbee etc.
You can also enjoy our lap pool and Kiddie pool.

This place is perfect for any occasion.

Bedroom Allocation

A. 8-10 pax 1 Big room and Loft Attic + Full Bathroom

B. 11-15pax 1 Big room and Loft Attic + Full Bathroom and 1 Small Room (King size bed) +Full Bathroom

C. 16-20 pax 2 Big room and 2 Loft Attic + Full Bathroom each and 1 Small Room (King size bed) + Full Bathroom

Please note that you can use the entire villa except other bedrooms are closed depending on how many guests will check in.

Airbnb can only book up to 16 pax.
In excess of 16 guest additional payment will be charged upon arrival at 750/head.

Guest House is only exclusive for you with access of pool and garden area.

CASA DE MERCADO

House Rules
1. Check in Time is 2pm and Check out is 11am
2. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. You may smoke outside the house properly.
3. Any damages to the property will be charge to Guest.
4. Security Deposit of PHP 2,000 is Strictly required upon check in . (to be returned if no damages are incurred).
5. No outside visitors are allowed without permission from the host.
6. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
7. Kindly provide your own towels and personal toiletries.
8.Cooking and Grilling is allowed in our guest house. We have burner, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, refrigerator and water dispenser, cooking utensils. Kindly provide disposable plates, spoon & fork, and cups if you are a big group.
9.Pool can be use until 11PM ONLY. Children are permitted in pools with adult supervision as we do not have a Life Guard.
10.Colored Shirts are not allowed for swimming. Kindly wear White Shirt or swimming attire.
11.Garden area can be use for activities only. Party Set up are not allowed without permission and required fees.
12.Food and drinks are allowed in the Kitchen and Gazebo area but not in the bedrooms.
13. No room service as this is not a Hotel or Resort.
15. No extension of check out time, caretakers has to clean and prepare the house for upcoming guests. Staying beyond 11am is 1000/hour.
16. Please do not stick anything in the wall. If any damage has incurred we will charge Php 500.
17. Cable TV and WIFI is available but if there are any Network Interruption It is beyond our control.
18. We are not responsible for your personal belongings.
19. No loud noise/ speakers/ sound system beyond 10pm.
20. Kindly Clean as you go. Treat the Guest House as your own HOME.
