Great place, quiet and convenient location. Waldemar is a nice, laid back host and has everything set up very comfortably. He is a seasoned resident ho can offer any advice to the area you need.
Would recommend to anyone who needs to stay in the area.
Nothing more I could ask for. Large room with own bathroom, nice comfy bed, close to all the trains and awesome coffee shops and restaurants around the corner. Waldemar's been a great host and would always choose to stay here again. Thanks again for staying up late for my late night arrival!
Waldemar was a fine host. He was quick returning texts, and left behind a key when I informed him I was running late. And when I had issues manipulating the gate he made a special trip back home to help/let me in. Nice guy, up for a chat, or not if you're not. The place was great, as pictured. Comfortable bed, cool bathroom. Neighborhood was convenient to Manhattan, with all things useful -metro,grocery, bakery- a block away. Will consider another stay next time I'm in town.
Waldemar was very accommodating! This room is great if you're going to be running around all day and need a nice, quiet and spacious room to stay in. In all honesty, the bathroom was a little chilly and the shower is made for someone just a touch shorter than 5'8" but overall I had a good experience and Waldemar is a wonderful host!
I've been in Waldemars room for only two days but it looks nice enough.
The room is exactly like the pictures.
If you are looking for a good place to sleep and know the city by day, this is perfect. Subway G line at 1 block.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Waldemar's. He is a cheerful, helpful host. The upstairs room where I stayed is spacious yet cozy. The location of Waldemar's home is extremely convenient: 1/2 block from a grocery store and a coffee cafe/bakery; one block from Pratt Institute and the G subway line; 0.8 miles from BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music). I walked to all of these localities, enjoying the lively vibe of the neighborhoods. During my winter stay, the water pipes to my private bathroom froze due to prolonged sub-freezing temperatures. However, I was able to use a bathroom shared by other Airbnb guests on the ground level.
