Studio apartment is a separate/private unit in a residential home. The apartment has a private entrance and is equipped with a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric kettle, table, dishes, and silverware), bathroom, and full size closet. The studio is furnished with a queen bed, desk, nightstand, and shelving cabinet. Access to washer and dryer may be arranged ONLY for visits of one week or longer (not generally available). Free WiFi.

You will have access to your private interior space through a keypad entry. You will also have access to the yard including a BBQ if you'd like to use it.

Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE, in the yard, but NOT inside the residence.
I have bikes for rent for $20/day. Biking is a great way to get around in the area. No need to hit the bike shops at $50+/day. If interested, please let me know ahead of time and let me know your height and/or inseam.
