PREFEFNCE: KIDS 8 YEARS AND OLDER!
We are currently a Super Host to an Existing 1BR Apt in the same Complex. Both units will be 2 doors away from each other and each unit sleeps 5. This is ideal for small parties and large parties traveling together. It is a 1BR w/ample space and modern decor. All updated appliances and Smart TV's with Wifi. Living Room and Bedroom have AC's. Comes w/ 1 parking space on site. We are 15 min from NYC & close to all major highways and 8 to 10 min from Met Life.

The space
We have 2 different apartments and a Superhost to our first apt. so please take a look at all apartment listings for availability. To look at the other listing, simply click on my picture to the right, and on the bottom left of the next page, there is a link ("see all listings"). This is ideal if coming in large groups.

We are a diverse community with a variety of cuisines. We have a few favorite spots that we would highly recommend such as Casa Di Napoli for real authentic Italian (Cash Only), Mi Bandera for one of the best Churasscos and Chimi Churri sauce. We have two local supermarkets which are Shop Rite and Wal-Mart, 5 min away for a local diner. We are 10 min or less from the new American Dream Mall that provides so much attractions and retail shopping.

Our modern, completely private, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is minutes from New York Times Square as well as The Meadowlands Sports Arena/Concert Complex. The apartment has free high-speed Cable/Wi-Fi Internet and Laundry in Common Area for a fee.

The "eat-in kitchen" has an oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, full size refrigerator/freezer, and all the cookware, glassware and dishes you would need. In the living-room we have a large T.V., Queen Size Serta Sofa Bed and a working station. We supply all of your sheets, towels and linens. There are hardwood floors, air-conditioner/heater, etc., and sparkling clean bathrooms!

We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels. If you need something you don't see readily available, please ask! Sorry, we kindly ask that there be no smoking within the apartment and no pets. We have a great out-door patio in our court-yard with a table/picnic area in the warmer months for meals or relaxing outside.

The apt is on a cul-de-sac. Very friendly and quiet block. Easy Access to everything. We are 5 min from Secaucus which has a plaza full of restaurants and shops. Nearby restaurants include Pizza, Chinese, Cuban, Thai, Peruvian, and Mexican and most deliver if you are too tired to go out after a long day in the city. We have a local supermarket 5 min away and a number of local authentic restaurants. Over the bridge in less than 5 min you have access to Secaucus Plaza with a number of shops, restaurants and our favorite movie theater. We will be less than 10 min away from one of the largest malls with amazing amenities. Check this out
