The Tree House was exactly as I had hoped - a quiet and well-appointed space in an interesting local neighborhood. Susan was very pleasant and provided several great recommendations for walking-distance restaurants and hang-outs. I had a terrific experience and would love to stay again on my next visit to Tampa.
Susan's tree house was wonderful. The bed was comfy, the AC unit and ceiling fans kept it cool, and the wine and choice coffee were a nice touch too. Susan was friendly, helpful, timely in her responses to texts, and very accommodating overall. Thumbs up all around.
The Hyde Park Tree House was an amazing place to stay. Susan and her husband were excellent hosts.
The apartment was immaculately clean, well appointed, and very tastefully decorated.
If you have a chance to spend some time with them, they are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about some of the best places to eat in Tampa.
I can't wait to stay with them again.
The Tree House was a charming accommodation. Just what we were looking for in a work-cation. A great location in town and wonderful hosts made this bungalow feel like a second home.
What a special gem!! I had the most wonderful stay the Tree House. I felt like a stepped into a tranquil private paradise! Susan was a wonderful gracious host, and has created a most serene little hideaway. The place was immaculate, beyond comfortable, and filled with cozy touches all around. The street and neighborhood and beyond charming, and perfect for strolling under the moss trees. The fact that you can walk to tons of wonderful shops, restaurants, and the beach is just a cherry on top. I will be back!!
I cannot speak highly enough of this rental. It turned a quick work trip into more of a mini vacation! The bed slept like heaven, and we enjoyed the French press coffee on the porch both mornings. We were traveling with my dog and even she felt right at home walking around the neighborhood. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Tampa. The only hiccup was, we arrived after dark and weren't sure we were knocking at the right house, so look for the red door.
