This is a penthouse apartment, overlooking the Vodno and Shar Mountains. An unobstructed view of the city, with nearby public transportation (3 bus stops, with about a dozen bus numbers in less than 5 minutes on foot). The neighbourhood is quiet. The building is new (finished in 2018), secure and with a guard.
