Our apartment is located in a villa near the city center, in a very quiet little street
It consists of a double living room and an air-conditioned bedroom, both air-conditioned, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a well-equipped kitchen and a large sunny veranda, summer and winter alike.

The space
Our apartment is warmly decorated, so that our visitors feel at home.
To allow you to arrive at your convenience, you will collect the keys from a key box for which we will give you the code before your arrival. And we will meet you in the evening.
To satisfy everyone, we have equipped it with 4 single beds, which can easily be combined into 2 large double beds.
The first two are in the bedroom.
And in the living room, there is a trundle bed that acts as a cozy sofa filled with cushions for the comfort of TV evenings. The pull-out bed below can be raised to become a double bed, or 2 single beds, depending on your needs.
You will find on site, the beds prepared for your arrival, and the towels.
It is even possible on request to add an extra bed for adults, or an umbrella bed for babies, with the bonus of a high chair and stroller. Just ask us.
The veranda allows summer and winter to have lunch in the sun.
Your car will be parked safely in the enclosed courtyard of our villa.

Located in the city center of Mandelieu, everything is a 10-minute walk away: shops, city center, market, restaurants ...... and for the beach, it takes 20 minutes, half of which is a nice walk along the the Siagne, a coastal river populated by swans.


Capital of the mimosa, Mandelieu and the surrounding hills are adorned with gold every year from the end of January. At the end of February Mandelieu celebrates its mimosa, with various events and its large carnival corso. Shows and hikes in the middle of the mimosas not to be missed.

We are located 7 kilometers from the center of Cannes, about thirty kilometers from Nice, about fifteen kilometers from Grasse, the capital of perfumes, a maximum of 2 hours from the ski slopes or hikes in the Mercantour. but also about ten km from the Var.
