  • The apartment is well located, about 10 minutes walk from the beach, which is the reason why we wanted to go to Giulianova. The building was constructed recently and everything in the flat is relatively new and in good condition. Stefano also gave us his parking lot in the garage downstairs for the week, which was nice. The apartment is comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. there is a baker down the street, a few restaurants around and a grocery store not too far away. The kitchen was in good shape, but a few more items (new pots, a few more glasses, a more efficient storage etc.) would have been appreciated. A more efficient regulation of warm/cold water would also be good. The nights in Giulianova are quite hot in August, but it was bearable. Stefano plans to install cooling for next year, this will certainly be a plus. Stefano was a very helpful and easy to deal with.
All in all, the apartment was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much, although, as a matter of fact, we spent most of our time on the beach. We were there with our 3 years old daughter and it was perfectly suitable for her, after she got used to the bed.
Giulianova is a nice place if you plan to go to the beach most of (or all) the time. the sand is very nice, much better than the beaches around Rimini. The beach is not so full packed with people. The water is also very clear and clean. Good if you plan to go there with children.

  • We spent a wonderful time in apartment Stefano in Giulianova. Stefano and his girlfriend awesome people. They are very open-minded, cheerful and welcoming. On the day of our arrival, they gave us a tour of the city, showed shops, markets and cafes. In addition, they have prepared us breakfast. The apartment is very bright and large. In reality, it is even better looking than on photos. It has everything for a comfortable life.
The location is the best, it's close to Adriatic sea, Giulianova center. Everything is walking distance. The city is very cozy, clean and beautiful. We met very few tourists. There you can see the real life of Italians.
Highly recommend Giulianova and Stefano apartment to rest.

  • i stayed here with my boyfriend for two nights. it was low season, so the beach was quiet, and very lovely! the food in the area was great and nothing was overly expensive (for italy at least). the flat was in a great location, and was very clean and very comfortable! i would highly recommend this place; the only this was that there was no olive oil or spices for cooking, asides from that, everything was great!

  • Great location and very comfortable apartment. Stefano provided us the use of covered parking and computer. Apartment is spacious and well equipped. We did find a clogged bathroom sink which was an inconvenience but this was a minor issue. We enjoyed our stay overall. Would definitely return.

  • Stefano and Anastasia are responsive hosts who responded quickly to our queries prior to the trip. We were met by Anastasia on arrival and she gave a very comprehensive briefing on the apartment and the local area. She speaks very good English [as does Stefano].
The apartment, one street back from the main road in Giulianova, is as depicted on Airbnb. It is on the second floor. The apartment block is serviced by a lift which takes you directly to the secure basement parking. The apartment itself is compact but very comfortable; open plan lounge/dining/kitchen open plan area, bathroom [shower, toilet and bidet] and two bedrooms. The second bedroom [with single bunks also has an office arrangement [desk, laptop and printer]. The front loader washing is on the private balcony. The balcony gets the afternoon day sun. Cooling is easily achieved by opening windows [available in all rooms] and for the cooler part of the year, there are wall mounted heaters.
The apartment is equipped for self-catering and the furnishings and bed are comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean on our arrival.
While access to a vehicle would be a definite advantage if one wishes to visit the inland areas [ such as Ascoli Piceno, Teramo, L’Aquila, etc], the coastal area is well served by the train. The railway station is a 10 minutes’ walk from the apartment.
Overall, our short stay in Giulianova was most enjoyable and Stefano and Anastasia’s apartment provided us with a good base for exploring Abruzzi. Thank you, Stefano and Anastasia for making our stay in Abruzzi so enjoyable.

  • Fantastic location and great hosts, Stefano and Anastasia were perfect hosts, they kept us informed of events going on and they were super quick to answer any of our emails and/or questions we had. No problems at all. We stayed over 2 weeks with our 7 year old, and we had everything we needed. Five minute walk to the beach, grocery store around the corner, and lots of great restaurants and fun events going on in the evening. Giulanova is awesome! The apartment was clean, spacious (and wifi!) and had everything we needed! Fantastic trip.
