An apartment in a 200 years old building. It's on the 4th floor without elevator, (like most of the buildings in the gotic area ).
One bedroom with gallery and attached bathroom. 2 singlebeds in the small bed room with balcony. 3 beds in the big bedroom with 2 balcony. There is a possibility for 2 extra persons to sleep on the Double Sofa Bed in the sitting room.
it's clean and simply furnished. It is very well ventilated. and sunny apartment with 3 balcony towards the street and windows at the back.
The kitchen is complete with induction cook top, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster utensils and pots etc. CLEANING FEES: 30€
The sitting room is also simply furnished with television.
It is important to know that it is just 4 minutes walk from the world famous Les Rambles. The beach is about 20 minutes walk.
There is a cheap car parking also about 3-4 minutes walk.
This apartment is perfect for who want to stay in the centre of Barcelona with a low budget with family or friends.
This apartment also have 24 hour WiFi service.
There is a TERRACE on top of 5th floor of 72m2 to enjoy the sun ONLY in the day (website hidden) till 17:00hrs (5pm). It is shared by other Neighbours!!
- The toilet with the shower is separate with entrance from the sitting room.
- there is another bath room with the double bed room.
The bed sheets , Blankets and the 2 Towels/person are provided...

The keys are given to the guest and all the house is shown to them .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT and BEHAVIOR:-
This apartments is in residential building which means that the owner has strict house rules which must be followed by all guests. As of respect to the neighbours we do not allow any loud music or any disturbing noise in general as well as any invited guests or parties. Liability for the owner with regards to complaints which result in FINES and PENALTIES are to be covered in full by the client responsible for the disturbance. Furthermore, please, be careful when entering the staircase: do not slam the doors or make noise when arriving and leaving the apartment.

Strict cancellation policy.Please see the airbnb cancelation policy for this apartment. Cancellation initiated by the owner will entitle the client to a refund of his or her pre payment ex his or her transfer costs.
If the apartment is for any reason not in rental condition at the time of arrival, ie in the case of damage, such as leakage (or any other conditions making the apartment un-liveable), the owner has the right to cancel a booking for this specific apartment and reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion.
If an alternative apartment is not available the owner will then refund the pre-payment.
the owner will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
Please advice us before hand of your arrival and departure time.
Upon arrival at the airport please call the number stated in the confirmation email, to advice the owner about your arrival which will give them time to travel to the apartment to be there for your arrival. If you experience any delays please notify the owner at your earliest convenience.
In case of any problems or non satisfaction with the apartment this needs to be reported as soon as possible to the owner. We can only amend the problem by being informed about it. If a claim is submitted after the departure, we would not be able to compensate you. With specific regards to the apartments cleanliness, if for any reason you are dissastisfied with the condition of the apartment the owner requires that you inform immediately so this can be rectified. Claims made after departure will not be considered.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In case of breach of this rule only one third of deposit will be refunded, the remainder will be used to pay the special deodorization of the apartment.
Our apartments are non-smoking apartments: if you are a smoker, you are only allowed to smoke on the balcony! Please, respect this as the following clients might be non-smokers or allergic to smoke. Please, do not throw cigarette butts down into the street or patios.

Please note as indicated on our web site, that if you arrive to the apartment after 21h we have to add an additional check in fee, the fees are as follows:

When leaving the apartment, please, turn off all electric equipment such as air conditioning and fans as well as switching off all lights, Televisions and music since we try to conserve energy. Furthermore, please, take down the garbage; you can leave the garbage on the street next to the main door, ONLY FROM 20:00 to 22:00 every day.
When you leave the apartment, please, remember your keys: the doors slam and without the key, you cannot enter the apartment! You can contact the owner in order to gain access to the apartment. In case you loose the keys, the owner will deduct 25 € from the damage deposit for each set of keys (website hidden) case you loose your keys, you must inform the owner immediately!
A detailed copy of the house rules will be present in each apartment. Please, read them carefully since in case of failure to follow the the owner house rules, you will loose the 150 euro deposit paid upon arrival and be asked to leave the apartment without compensation. You may also be liable to pay disturbance fines.
The owner is not responsible for any personal damages or injuries which may occur during your stay in the apartment, the client indemnifies the owner from and against any and all liability and any claims, proceedings or damages resulting or arising from the booking, event or function, the client, guests or any outside contractors of the Client.
The owner will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond its control: Force Majeur which includes acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, strikes, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, snow conditions, lift closures, road closures, floods, or acts or restraints imposed by government (website hidden) such cases, the owner reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion; if an alternative apartment is not available the owner will then return the pre-payment. The owner will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
The owner does not accept responsibility whatsoever for damage to, or theft from, or theft of, luggage and other personal belongings from the apartments.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms, furnishings, utensils and equipment in them by any act, omission, default or neglect of the clients, their guests or sub-contractors and will pay to the owner the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
The damage deposit will be held until the amendment of damages has been rectified.
Please contact the owner for any doubt that you may have.
The owner reserve the right to amend the conditions at any time and inform the tenant.
From Jun 1 - Aug 31, 2015 the minimum stay is 4 nights.
Ibilola was most helpful, she was easy to contact once in Barcelona and was at the apartment waiting for us when we got there.
The apartment was as described, had two bathrooms and was in a brilliant location, very close to public transport connections. The only problem we had was the we could not get the cooker to work, but we contacted her and she sent someone to help us within 20minutes. all in all very impressed with here service. thanks for a lovely holiday :)
the host receives guests as if it was an obligation, rather unfriendly. the place is very old and badly maintained. it is very basic yet sufficiently clean. moreover, the contract/disclaimer which you are obliged to sign (on top of the very effective airbnb arrangement) is extremely weird and the explanation of the houserules is quite threatening ("for any noise police will come and seal the door"...). all in all a good experience because of the location.
I did understand that, Andrea's way of looking for cheap way of enjoyment, with the intention of coming to party in the apartment, loud talk, alcohol, disturb neigbors in an uncivilize way, was aborted. Fine! The description and the photos is accurate.
There is nothing difficult in this, respect neigbors! Is that why he WAS a host not now?
My friends and i had such wonderful time in this apartment. The location is perfect and couldn't be more central. In the apartment you Can find everything you would need and the rooftop terrace is amazing during the day. Ibilola was very kind to answer right away and showed us to the apartment that can be quite difficult to find if you haven't been there before. She also send us some tips about taxis and busses which was very nice as a first-timer in Barcelona. I really recommend this place and would return next time i'm in Barcelona.
Ibilola var väldigt välkomnande och gav oss en komplett genomgång av lägenheten när vi anlände. Lägenheten ligger perfekt! Området är fullt av barer, restauranger och med promenadavstånd till stranden. Ljudnivån från gatan är ganska hög så öronproppar kan vara ett tips. Takterrassen är fantastisk att t.ex. äta frukost på. Rekommenderar detta boende till alla som vill bo mitt i smeten i Barcelona!
