The Master Suite Retreat The entire primary suite is designed for relaxation. It features a third fireplace, a private balcony patio for morning coffee, and a luxury spa-style bathroom with a massive separate soaking tub.

Checking in is contact-free and seamless. You will have full, private access to the entire home and the 2-car garage during your stay.

Seamless Entry: No keys to keep track of! Access the home via a secure keypad at the front door. Your unique entry code will be provided prior to arrival.

Parking and Garage: You have plenty of room for multiple vehicles.

The Garage: A massive 2-car garage is available for your use. The remote opener is conveniently located right next to the back door.

Street Parking: Unlike most beach properties, there is also plenty of free street parking directly in front of the house for additional guests.

Outdoor Spaces: You have exclusive access to the massive ocean-view rooftop, the primary balcony, the side yard with BBQ, and all game areas.

Other things to note
This is a 3 story home. The upstairs levels are accessible from the stairs.

There is a restaurant bar behind the house. They have live music on weekends.

The closest beach is 3 blocks away, but it is a rocky beach. There is public access and a lifeguard tower there. At high tide, the waves come up to the rocks, so there is not much room to hang out. At low tide the beach is more accessible.

Guests who want a more sandy beach can walk to Buccaneer park, which is less than 1 mile away, or head to the pier, less than 2 miles away.

Beach towels and toys will be available.

The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
