This charming apartment is a classical and romantic Florentine unit, newly renovated. It is located in the very heart of historical Florence, in a strategic position close to Polimoda, Santa Maria Novella train station, Stazione Leopolda, Parco delle Cascine, Teatro del Maggio, the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio.

In order to face the situation relating to the spread of covid-19 and to offer our guests maximum security, we ensure:
- Monthly rent reduced of 48/50%
- Check-in procedure respecting the rules of social distancing and the rules laid down by the Italian government
- Complete sanitization of all rooms in the house
- Sterilized linen and towels
- We supply disposable gloves and disinfectant
- Disposable tableware
- Note that the apartment is located in a position that allows you to move around on foot, without using public transport
The apartment is located at the 3rd floor of a beautiful Florentine building from the 19th century with an inner quiet courtyard and a daily concierge service.
The apartment is characterized by an elegant shabby-chic and classical stylish design. High class building and environment complete the offer.
You will be surprised by the quality, the relax and the unique location.
The apartment is very silent as it faces the inner courtyard, far from the street.
The area is one of the safest of the city due to the presence of the American Consulate located just in front of the building, controlled 24/7.
The apartment is composed of:
-1 large living room with a fully furnished kitchenette and a sofa bed which can accommodate up to 2 persons.
-1 bedroom with a queen size four-poster bed
-1 bedroom with a french bed -140 cm- and, upon request, a single comfortable pull out bed
-1 bathroom with shower
-1 toilet without shower
-Laundry with a washer and dryer
The apartment, 65 mq big, is suitable for 4 people, but can even accommodate up to 7.

The entire apartment will be at your total disposal.
The building is equipped with a small lift and a daily concierge service.
Other things to note
Please notice that the apartment is NOT recommended to persons with reduced mobility as there is a flight of stairs (6-8 steps) to climb to reach it from the lift; furthermore, there is a flight of stairs (6-8 steps) inside the apartment itself from the entrance door to the main space and one from the entrance door down to the laundry.
