Andrew was a perfect host, very friendly, responsive and helpful whenever we needed help. My parents stayed there for one month, and absolutely loved it. Amazing location right on the beach, and close to the Pier and the 3rd street promenade. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Close to the new metro expo line going to downtown. Pictures exactly as described, inside and outside. Great patio for sunset drinks and BBQ. Just a great vacation, thank you Andrew !

Andrew is the consummate host, responsive, attentive always there when you need him. What can you say about the location, you open the door and you are on the beach, you walk up the stairs and you are in downtown Santa Monica. Andrew was very communicative and responsive through out our stay. Anything you needed was provided instantly without questions. The place is beautiful and conveniently located in front of the beach. I wish I could've stayed longer! I'll definitely try to make it back for another stay.

The perfect place for staying at Santa Monica. It's situated as central as you can only dream of. Get out of bed and you vil be on the beach or 10 minutes and in the town. Stayed there One adult and two children (11 and 13) and we all loved it. quit even if it is situated just next to pacific high way. Lots of towels, shampoo and all you need for the first day even in the kitchen. Even cold water was in the fridge when we arrived. The only thing that can be a challenge is the parking. You probaly will have to park in a lot in the town. But when you get there you can park outside to leave your luggage in the flat and then park the car. we can only recommend it - we really enjoyed it. it's so uniq and worth the money. And the host were so friendly, very good at communicating, when needed.
