Interaction with Guests
We will be happy to advise, give assistance and suggestions to our guests. Guided tours available at extra cost.
Weather in West Kerry never fails to surprise. Sometimes we can have the 4
seasons in one day!
Changing light and shadow over the sea and mountains constantly inspires artists and the creative mind. It is no surprise then that people from the furthest reaches fall in love with this land. When you visit the many craft shops and cafés in Dingle and surrounding areas, stop and chat with people there and listen to their story..and keep an ear for our beautiful poetic Irish language being spoken among the locals....
There isn't public transport available so self transport is necessary, however there are local taxis available nearby.
Other Things to Note
Dingle, which is within six miles, is a beautiful town with over a thousand years of history. Nestled between the sea and mountains, Mount Brandon, Ireland's second highest mountain and a spectacular walk is a few miles west. Lose all sense of time as you meander around the town's narrow streets, visit the beautiful St. Mary's Church with its wonderful stonework, view the famous Harry Clarke stained glass windows in the adjacent Díseart, or simply hang out in the many cafés and traditional pubs, some of which will have great traditional music and nightlife.
No pets (website hidden) smoking inside the mobile. We expect our guests to treat our space respectfully as they would do their own home!
We had a lovely peaceful time in Ceann Tra . You need a car because it is a good distance from the local shop and pub. The mobile is very clean and has everything you need. The beach is very close and i we enjoyed lots of walks first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Overall we are home now and we are feeling totally chilled thanks Helen.
Helen was a great hostess, always available to answer questions. The directions given were good. The location was as described by Helen and previous guests - and generally quiet, especially at nightime, so we had great sleeps! The mobile home was well equipped and everything worked. We had an easy and pleasant stay! Thank you
Helen was a very gracious, helpful and considerate host. The mobile home was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was also thoughtfully outfitted with everything we could need from spices to kitchen implements. Though the home was in the center of the park (the homes on the periphery must have had amazing views) it was very bright and I still had some view of water and hills. There were lots of children playing around the park and it seemed very safe. It was a wonderful base for touring this spectacular part of Ireland and much less "touristy" than Dingle itself (everyone we met in the park seemed to be Irish). There were also two small beaches accessible from the park, with lovely views.
Thank you for our stay at Ventry. The mobilehome was fine. Clean, good bed, and al the things you need.
Thank you for your kind meeting at Ventry. And for the quick response when the electricity was down.
And I liked the swim!
The mobilehome is highly recommended to those who love tranquillity, a nice beach and buitifull surroundings.

We spent three wonderful days in Cuan Pier, Co Kerry in this lovely mobile mobile home. From the minute we stepped across the threshold we felt the warm welcoming atmosphere. All the provisions were on hand ( fresh milk in the fridge, chocolate, tea) to get us off to a good start. The mobile home was excellently equipped ( in the kitchen, with books and with information on the local area) - and the sun shone all the time we were there. Many thanks.
We are passionate about the mountains, valleys and wildness which surround us! We love to hike in the surrounding countryside with our collie cum spaniel dog Cailin! We are fluent in our native Irish language and love to enjoy a chat and the music in some of our favourite pubs in town.
