Located at 27th st. on Newport Peninsula! Just steps to the beach.
My home is located walking distance to many many restaurants. Right in the mix of all the bars and hot spots locals hit like Malarky's, Newport Beach Brewing Co. & Bear Flag Rudy's! There's way too many to list. All a couple minute walk away! Pavilions grocery store is just a couple houses away. This is a great location for the beach, food, or for those that want a very nice sun drenched deck. If you like sushi, try the new Nobu Japanese restaurant that has just opened! Do you want to go to Disneyland? The "Happiest Place on Earth" is approximately a 20-30 minutes drive North West to Anaheim. How far is the airport? Orange County's John Wayne airport is exactly 7.5 miles. The surf and sand await you! Are you ready to relax and get away from it all? We would love to host you!

This studio is absolutely beautifully decorated, extremely clean and well maintained. It shows true pride of ownership and is in the heart of Balboa Peninsula, Newport Beach, California. You could not ask for a better location, just far enough from downtown to be away from the noise and crowd if you choose, or just close enough to be in the center of the action. We are just a few steps to the sandy beach of Newport, with a beautiful pacific coast line, blue ocean, white sand, pier and Balboa Peninsula with tons of shops, clothing stores, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, spas you name it.
