We will be present for check-in and check-out to welcome you. Please specify your arrival and departure times to be there when you arrive.

Other things to note
1. Breakfast includes coffee and tea for the first day. It is possible to order breakfast at the estate for €10/person.
2. Glass bottles must be disposed of upon departure.
3. Pets are not allowed unless authorized before booking.
4. Please bring your mineral water to drink, here we cook with the water from our well. It's a well drilled 24m deep.
Recently, we have had access to drinking water.
5. Two sides of the jacuzzi no longer work out of 5. However, it is possible to be 6 inside to discuss.
6. No vehicle charges allowed without agreement.
7. Our rules:
It is strictly forbidden:
- invite other people except those known in the reservation. We can accept your family's visit for a few hours on consultation. The amenities can only be used by rental guests.
- Smoking inside the premises, ashtrays are available outside, cigarette butts must be extinguished in the ashtrays and not on the ground.
- modify electrical installations, make connections to appliances that consume a lot of energy without the owner's permission and misuse the equipment available to you
- to shoot fireworks, to release lanterns and/or any flammable object.
- to nail, screw or paste any object in the rented premises
- introduce or consume prohibited or reprehensible products inside the property
- to engage in reprehensible and unauthorized activities
- to disturb the peace of the neighbors. 2 in total including us. Discretion from 10 p.m. No intensive noise allowed during the day outdoors (shouting, loud music, etc.) and quiet place on evenings outdoors. Otherwise, in the event of a complaint from the neighborhood or the police, your deposit will be forfeited.
Hot tub closed from 10pm to early morning.
Pool maintenance is carried out every day at 11 a.m. Another schedule can be determined so as not to disturb your tranquility. Thanks for letting us know.
