We will be there for check-in and check-out to welcome you. Please let us know your arrival and departure times to be there when you come.

Other things to note
1. Breakfast includes coffee and tea for the first day. It is possible to order breakfast at the estate for €10/person.
2. Glass bottles must be removed on departure.
3. No pets allowed unless authorized before booking.
4. Please bring your mineral water to drink, here we cook with the water from our well. It's a well drilled 24 m deep.
recently, we have had access to drinking water.
5. Two sides of the jacuzzi no longer work out of 5. However, it is possible to be 6 inside to chat.
6. No vehicle charge allowed without agreement.
7. Our rules:
It is strictly forbidden to:
- to invite other people except those listed on the booking. We can accept the arrival of your family for a few hours on consultation. The amenities are only available for renting guests.
- to smoke inside the premises, ashtrays are available outside, cigarette butts must be extinguished in the ashtrays and not on the ground.
- to modify the electrical installations, to make connections of appliances consuming a lot of energy without the authorization of the owner and to misuse the equipment at your disposal
- to set off fireworks, release lanterns and/or any flammable object.
- to nail, screw or glue any object whatsoever in the rented premises
- to introduce or consume prohibited or objectionable products inside the property
- to engage in activities that are reprehensible and not authorized by law
- to disturb the peace of the neighbors. 2 in total, including us. Discretion from 10 p.m. No intensive noise allowed during the day outdoors (screaming, loud music, etc.) and quiet place in the evenings outdoors. Otherwise, in the event of a complaint from the neighborhood or the police, your security deposit will be used.
Jacuzzi closed from 10 p.m. to early morning.
Pool maintenance is carried out every day at 11 a.m. Another schedule can be determined so as not to disturb your peace of mind. Thanks for letting us know.
