The Master Suite, one of only two suites on offer, is set out over two floors. This stunning open-plan, double-height space comprises of a bedroom, with a king-size handmade Duxiana bed, a dressing area, with dressing table, extensive wardrobe space and a bathroom floating over the bedroom. This open-plan second floor en-suite comprises of a toilet, twin basins, walk-in power shower and a Lefroy Brookes bath sitting on two oak blocks. The suite boasts spectacular views, a stunning Linn sound system and mood lighting. The suite sleeps two. Please note that there is no TV in this suite. A guest tablet is provided for use.
You'll also have exclusive access to our spectacular roof garden, with sun loungers, a traditional teak hot tub and stunning 360-degree views of Cheshire and beyond (details below). With the cathedrals of Liverpool on one horizon and the city of Manchester on another, this is a unique space, summer or winter, day or night. Be it a long leisurely sundowner, a soak in the hot tub, a yoga session, or simply lounging around in the sunshine, the roof garden is a space like no other.
A continental breakfast basket is served in your room and welcome refreshments are provided. You'll also have access to a refreshment area, complete with, tea and coffee making facilities, ice, glasses and a fridge.

Guest access
This is our family home and we live here with our two children. That said, you'll have your own separate entrance up a stone spiral staircase to your suite.
Check-in is between 3pm and 7pm. Check-out is at 10am. Please note, we cannot offer an early check-in, or a late check-out.
Exclusive use of the Roof Garden and Hot Tub has been reserved for guests staying in our Master Suite, as follows:
Afternoon session: 3:45pm to 4:45pm
Evening session 1: 6:15pm to 7:15pm
Evening session 2: 8:45pm to 9:45pm
Morning session: 8:00am to 9:00am
During these times, you will be able to access the roof garden and hot tub, for your own uninterrupted private use. The roof garden and hot tub are available only during your allocated sessions, outside of these times the space is available for our other guests’ exclusive use, so please finish your session on time.
Guests booking for two, or more nights, will be able to also use the roof garden and hot tub between 1100 and 1400 each day.
Please note that use of the roof garden and hot tub is weather-dependent, with access being restricted in extreme weather. Strictly no guest access to the roof garden and hot tub after 11:00pm.
Lastly, as this is our home (and to avoid guests turning into pumpkins), we kindly request that all guests return home by midnight.
Other things to note
Our home is 20 mins from Manchester Airport, 25 mins from Manchester City centre and 35 mins from Liverpool.
You can come and go as you please, as your suite is accessible directly off the spiral stone staircase - so you don't need to go through the rest of the house.
You can also enjoy effortless access to Lymm village with our complimentary Tesla shuttle service - quiet, comfortable, and entirely on us. Subject to availability.
Most of the house has an open aspect, with views of the rolling Cheshire countryside, which is accessible from the bottom of the garden.
Please note: Airbnb require all personal travel reservations to be booked by the guests themselves. Making a reservation for another person is a violation of Airbnb policy and not something we will accept.
We have an EV (Electric Vehicle) charging point available for use. Please alert us in advance, should you wish to use this. We charge 55p per kWh. There is also a cellular base station located at the tower.
Whilst we’re happy for you to bring your own snacks and drinks to enjoy, the consumption of takeaways and meals is discouraged, both in your suite, and on the roof garden.
