We provide holiday makers, recreation- and relaxation seekers, hikers, climbers, cyclists, families, couples, individuals, nature- or culture lovers a new and cozy apartment in the middle of the Franconian Switzerland in Bavaria.

The space
Our apartment is "newly created" in 2018 and 2019. The house is almost the last house on the edge of a small hamlet of Obertrubach, in the Franconian Switzerland.
The apartment has its own entrance on the first floor of our house, with a beautiful view of the natural world around us and a lot of rest.
The apartment has two bedrooms, both with kingsize bed.

There is a living-dining area with a fully equipped nice kitchen. We provide a bathroom with shower and an additional guest toilet.
The apartment has underfloor heating, a nice balcony and a lot of windows with lots of light and air and blinds for undisturbed sleep.
(The apartment is located in the large house, not in the small white house, neither in the barn...!)

Guest access
The balcony in summer makes it really nice to spend summer nights outside.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
You are welcome to share a washing machine in the ground floor. In the garden, in the woods and in the meadow there is plenty of space for playing, barbecuing, relaxing, reading or simply enjoy.

Other things to note
The apartment has about 80 square meters, which is more than enough room for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 children. It is also possible with 4 adults and one or two babies to live here. Then it's certainly close - especially in the bathroom ... so if you want to come with more than 4 people, please let´s talk about it upfront.
We hope for the understanding of all dog owners that we wish - with consideration for guests with allergies - no dogs in the apartment.
There are two cats on the farm, but they are not allowed to get in the apartments.

- our house is a strict non-smoking area
- no street-shoes in the apartment please. we like to ask our guest to wear slippers.

check out information:
- check out is at 11:00 a.m.
- pls. put used dishes in the dish washer and switch it on
