Built in 1872, our home is located on the gorgeous Esplanade Ave.
Relax on our balcony overlooking the courtyard, take a dip in the pool, or take a casual stroll to the French Quarter and City Park.

If bikes are available, Guests must use them at their own risk.
Guests are allowed to swim at their own risk. We live on the property and are just a phone call away. Please note this space is on the second floor.

We are walking distance to The French Quarter and to Jazz Fest!!!!

Our apartment is situated on the second floor of our Newly Renovated Historic Home (originally built in 1872) in the heart of one of New Orleans’ most Historic Neighborhoods: Esplanade Ridge / Treme.

The apartment has a cool balcony that overlooks the shared courtyard, and a pool. This apartment is located upstairs on the second floor and has a large double headed walk in shower, and a separate bathtub. There is also a fully stocked kitchen along with a state of the art washer and dryer. Our guest house can sleep up to 2 people and comes with a full sized bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Our guests will have access to our shared pool, and our wifi. If bikes are available, and guests must use them at their own risk.
There is a pool on site, and guests are allowed to swim at thier own risk.

The apartment is in the middle of all of the Big Easy Action, uniquely situated with the highly acclaimed Treme on one side and the Historic 7th ward on the other! Located 9-14 blocks from the French Quarter (depending on what part of the Quarter you want to go to). We are also pretty close to the infamous Frenchmen St in the Marigny; as well as being within walking distance to City Park (1 mile), the New Orleans Museum of Art, local grocery stores (Conseco's and Terranova's), restaurants such as Lola’s, Nona Mia, Sante Fe, Cafe Degas, and more! Take a casual stroll or bike ride amid the live oak's in this wonderful, eclectic neighborhood abundant in Victorian and Greek Revival architectural treasures. Our home is a mile from the Super Dome and downtown New Orleans.
