Our “Pacific Blue Cottage” sleeps up to 4 people and is located in a private location with a private deck off the back side of house. There is a fully equipped kitchen area, a breakfast nook for 4-6 and a laundry room. This two bedroom house comes with two comfortable Queen beds, LED “smart” tv's, Satellite TV, Starz, free Wi-Fi, Netflix & Prime Movies, and reserved off-street parking. The back deck has a patio table, seating and a propane Weber BBQ. Consider leaving your car on the mainland and walking or biking to the Studio. Biking on San Juan Island is some of the best in the country; in fact Fox News named the Islands “The World’s top ten bike rides”. If you’re not a biker and decide to bring your car, we have a private parking spot for you. Riding the ferry from Anacortes to Friday harbor takes about 1.5 hrs and is the most relaxing sightseeing tour through the Islands. Orca whales, Harbor Porpoise, Harbor Seals, Eagles and more. Our goal is to provide you with a place to relax after a day of beach-combing, hiking, kayaking, fishing, zip-lining, biking or whale watching excursions. Not for you? Then let just relax in Friday Harbor and explore the museums, antique stores, bookstores, & shops. Visit a Salon for a pedicure or get a massage. Eat lunch across from the Ferry Landing, enjoy a glass of San Juan Vineyards wine, walk the docks or go see a production at our local Theater. There are many things to do in Friday Harbor. All within walking distance from the Pacific Blue Cottage! We accept online payments and our calendar is up to date. San Juan Islands is accessible to the public by water and air. The most common means of travel is by Washington State Ferry.

On the east side of San Juan Island is the town of Friday Harbor, also the San Juan County Seat. Friday Harbor, a historic seaport, rises from the ferry landing and public marina where it is an easy stroll to the town's docks, parks, restaurants, shops, galleries, lodging facilities and business district.

On the north end of San Juan Island is another port of entry known as Roche Harbor Village. It is listed on the National Register of Historical Sites and is approximately ten miles from Friday Harbor. Roche Harbor has beautiful Victorian gardens, an airstrip, marina, lodging, grocery store, restaurants, sculpture park, shopping, water activities and local artists booths.

While visiting San Juan Island be sure to make a trip to one of our many beaches, hiking trails and great parks.

Hello all, my name is Donny and I have lived on San Juan Island since 1982. Yes…… I am proud to say I grew up here, married my wife Sarah here and have raised two awesome kids here. We both work and live on San Juan Island. We love boating, crabbing, fishing, hiking, golfing and the watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets the Island has to offer. We are locals that don't use a management vacation rental company. This give us the honor of assisting our guests directly!
