Polly's and Simon's place was truly a home away from home. Comfortable, clean space; friendly, helpful hosts; quiet neighbourhood, but close to shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs; a short fifteen-minute walk to the city centre. Simon's homemade bread and Polly's own marmalade were special treats! Highly recommended.
Polly and Simon were very kind and very helpful, and we really enjoyed our short stay in their home.
The house is a short walk away from the city centre, and is very comfortable and relaxing. We also had great freedom in terms of getting in and out (we had a set of keys), and checking in and out went very well. I would definitely recommend Polly's place for anyone visiting Cardiff!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Polly's house. Both Polly and Simon were both extremely warm and welcoming and the house itself felt so homely and comfortable to be in.
The description on the site is accurate, I was satisfied with the overall experience.
Key was in the key safe as described.
Left our bag in the room and went straight out.
Met Simon when we returned and he explained that he would be out early in the morning and would leave breakfast out for us to do ourselves. Cereal and toast with home made bread was fine.
Room was fine and mattress was very comfortable, even looked for make of mattress to get one for home!
House was in a quiet area, 20 mins ish walk to town centre, and we were made to feel welcome.
