Pool towels are provided, and guests are welcome to bring their own floats for a fun pool day experience.

For safety and liability, a removable pool fence may be installed and should remain in place during your stay.

For safety, exterior security cameras are located at the front of the home. There are no cameras inside or in the backyard.

Window sensors and alarms are installed for property security and are controlled by the host.

Scottsdale Compliance

City of Scottsdale regulations require a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

Groups of up to 14 guests are welcome, including bachelor and bachelorette groups, provided all house rules and city guidelines are followed.

Other things to note
Please note that this pool is NOT heated (can be for additional fee of $75 per night). There is a pool gate but we ask that you still be cautious with young children.

Couches and tables are not to be moved around (indoor or outside).

Pool equipment or pool fence is NOT to be removed. We will charge for damage and for pool techs having to come to the house to put pool equipment back in.

We ask that you respect the neighbors and keep things quiet between 10pm-8am.

There is NO smoking at all on the premises and we will fine you for cigarette buds or if there is evidence of smoking in the house.

NO pets allowed at all.

We will charge for excessive cleanup so please make sure to follow the checkout instructions.

We will charge for broken items, excessive trash clean up and for large parties that are not approved.

Neighborhood highlights

This house is a 5-7 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale. We are also close proximity to many Spring training stadiums where you can catch a baseball game or attend the waste management golf event in the spring. If you are coming with children we are very close to the aquarium, Phoenix zoo and lots of great local parks like the McCormick railroad park.
