I am living in an apartment with two rooms in the city center of Innsbruck, directly at the beautiful Inn river surrounded by nice walkways .The apartment is located near the University and the Hospital. It takes a 5 minutes walk to the beautiful historic center of Innsbruck. You take the tram at the station and it will bring you at the front of my house. There´s also a bus from the airport to my Apartment. Different bus connections (also to different ski-regions) are also available. Lot´s of bars, restaurants, parks and walkways are all around.
My apartment is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator, Wi-fi and a bathroom with a bathtub. At your request, it´s possible to use the washing machine and to make some coffee/tea or some breakfast in the kitchen... but sorry, NO COOKING!! For moral reasons: NO DEAD ANIMALS in my kitchen!!!! It is always possible to have some privacy.
Depending on situation I could offer you either my bed room or my living room. I keep it clean all the year around.
I share my apartment with my beloved dog Pablo. So you better like dogs. Animals are welcome!
Tanja was really helpful and nice to chat with. We didnt see much of her over the weekend, but she gave some great advice when she was around. Her flat had a lot of character, our room was spacious and the whole apartment was clean.
The dog was a little noisy at first, but I like to think he quickly got used to us. It was a tiny bit more confusing walking to the place than I originally thought... however after the first trip everything was really easy and very walkable or accessible by tram.
I would recommend staying at her place to a friend, deffo
Tanja's fabulous place was a perfect one to stay at in all respects. Tanja made sure that I could find it easily, and on arrival there was a comfortable sleeping spot waiting for me in a spacious, homey and lovingly decorated living room :) The apartment is ever more cozy and welcoming because of how clean and well-taken-care-of it is, with a personal touch. You would also probably find it important to know that in the bathroom, everything works! :) The location is also great: a short walk from the center, feels very safe, and right on the F bus line to the airport/ train station. Because of our schedules I didn't get to meet Tanja, which is a pity, as over the phone (and judging from her place) she seems like a really friendly and cool person.
Tanja's home is very cozy, clean and stylish. Close to the centre, the university and the hospital. A wonderfull experience to repeat.
Too bad not to have had the chance to know her.
We stayed with Tanja for two nights on our month long trip backpacking through Europe. Her place was amazing! The flat had great artwork and a comfortable atmosphere. It was in a great location--walking distance to both Oldtown and the train station. Tanja was a wonderful host. She made us feel really comfortable and we enjoyed talking with her about her travels. Another plus is she had a basket filled with maps and information about the city and was helpful anytime we had questions. I would recommend staying here to anyone traveling to Innsbruck!
The apartment was very clean and really well decorated it was a nice room to stay in. She left towels and comfy sheets and blankets it was lovely. Didn't really have a chance to talk to Tanja but she seemed nice! Don't try to pet the dog though
We had a great time by Tanja. She was very kind and available at any time. The room is very comfy and pretty and it's in a great position. Totally recomended :)

I had a great time staying at Tanja's apartment! The bedroom is actually quite large and the decorations and atmosphere of the place made it a fun place to stay.
Tanja is a great host and gave me plenty of recommendations for things to do besides the typical tourist attractions. She actually let me to hitch a ride up the mountain and dropped me off at the beginning of an incredible hike!
I'd definitely recommend staying with Tanja if you're in Innsbruck!
My friend and I spent one night at Tanja's place. She is a very great host, make small talks and introduced places with good food and coffee at Innsbruck to us. Her house is beautifully decorated with fine arts and very clean. The apartment is very easily accessible with public transport and closed to the city center too. If I am to go back to Innsbruck again, will definitely stay at her place :)
