THIS IS A LOCKING, PRIVATE AIR BNB ROOM IN A SHARED HOME W/ OTHER GUESTS! This is a cute room but it is on the smaller side. Please also note that the room is located off the front porch immediately when you walk in the front door. There will be some foot traffic from people coming & going so if you will be bothered by this, please do not book this room. Due to size & location within the home the room is value priced for someone who is looking for a clean and affordable place to stay.

The space
Cute and cozy bedroom in a gorgeous craftsman-style home near Como Lake. The house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to highway 35E and on a bus line. The home is open, bright, and airy with tall windows that let in lots of natural light. The house features on-site free laundry, an outside deck, and a large fenced-in back yard.

Guest access
Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen for basic cooking and food preparation, on-site free laundry, a deck and a spacious, fully-fenced back yard.

During your stay
I do not live onsite but have a team of individuals who can address any need that may arise. If a guest need arises, my husband or myself will likely stop by to make sure it is handled in a timely manner.
