Victoria's place was exactly as described and suited us perfectly. It was close enough to the center so we could walk if we desired - which we did. We enjoyed our time at Victoria's and hope to return. We even got to see a little snow in Santa Fe which is not a regular thing in the Deep South.
Victoria is both accommodating and responsive. She even gave me some useful advice about the altitude problems I experienced. It you want the real Santa Fe experience, this is it.
We really enjoyed staying at Victoria's house during our trip to Santa Fe. It's a lovely adobe house with all the amenities and a convenient location to town, museums and galleries. Although we didn't meet Victoria, she provided very thorough instructions and our check-in and out process was a breeze. Would highly recommend her place!
This was an ideal place for us to stay. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, fairly charming, and the location is great for walking into central parts of town, and getting around by car, as well. If you have bicycles, that would be a great mode of transportation from here, as well. The condominium had everything we needed and more, and was a welcoming, attractive place. Huge comfortable bed in the master bedroom, nice bathroom with good heater, all electronics and important equipment in good working order. There was one supply that needed replenishing, and Victoria was pretty quick and helpful in responding to that need, as well as to various questions we had about the property.
We never met Victoria in person, perhaps because she seemed very respectful of our space and time, and/or maybe because her days were full as well, however she was quite responsive to phone messages and texts. There is a good printed introduction to the place, will all pertinent information listed therein, including some restaurant and "favorite things to do" suggestions.
A wonderful home-away-from-home, and I/we would happily rent this condominium from Victoria again on future trips to Santa Fe.
Others here have extolled the benefits of renting this property, and we concur with all they've said.
Victoria was a fantastic host and her apartment was better than described. It was a perfect size for us (2 adults/2 kids) and had all the amenities. Victoria was very helpful with local knowledge and provided the perfect amount of assistance at arrival/departure. Thanks again and we would definitely come back.
Victoria's place was cozy, inviting, immaculate & stocked with everything we could imagine needing. The location provided privacy, yet it was within walking distance to many of the places we wanted to visit. We were there for two weeks, so having the washer & dryer available was a huge bonus. Victoria was exceptionally accommodating & helpful. This truly felt like a home away from home.
The place is very charming and conveniently located walking distance from the downtown happening area.
It's well kept, clean and you can find pretty much everything you will be looking for from kitchen utensils to washer/dryer...
