This ideally located property is in the South Capitol District just two blocks from the Round House, five blocks from the Plaza and within easy walking distance to the galleries on Canyon Road, downtown restaurants and museums, the Farmers' Market and Whole Foods. The condo is very quiet and safe because it is located in a private compound with no drive-through traffic. Parking is off street, in the compound. The interior features New Mexico classic elements like diamond plaster walls, beamed ceiling, and a kiva fireplace. The walls are adorned with beautiful, original artwork. Recently renovated with all new appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. Other amenities include wi fi, local phone, cable, washer and dryer, flat screen TVs, French doors leading to a private outdoor patio and gas grill.
Victoria's place was cozy, inviting, immaculate & stocked with everything we could imagine needing. The location provided privacy, yet it was within walking distance to many of the places we wanted to visit. We were there for two weeks, so having the washer & dryer available was a huge bonus. Victoria was exceptionally accommodating & helpful. This truly felt like a home away from home.
We had a wonderful (cozy) time in Santa Fe thanks to Victoria's home. It was a perfect fit for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs and beds (1 bed, 1 pull out couch) were warm and comfy. Definitely recommend to others.
The place is very charming and conveniently located walking distance from the downtown happening area.
It's well kept, clean and you can find pretty much everything you will be looking for from kitchen utensils to washer/dryer...
We very much enjoyed our time at Victoria's property. It's located down a quiet inlet, and aside from a little confusion as to where to park, we quickly felt right at home. Situated in a great location to walk to restaurants and shops, including downtown and the rail yard area(between 15-20 mins). We couldn't have been more pleased with the place itself. As we visited in Dec, we made ample use of the fireplace and prepared quite a few meals with the unit's fully stocked kitchenware and utensils. The place seems bigger and more charming than the pictures can show.
Though we didn't meet Victoria, she was always promptly available and responsive to any inquiries we had, and made our request for a few extra days simple and easy. As I said, all in all, a wonderful experience!
My husband and I stayed at Victoria's condo for the entire month of October. We had stayed in the South Capitol area twice before because the location is so close to everything. Victoria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to a problem with the wireless connection we had early in the month. The condo is very comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet. One thing we really enjoyed was the outdoor space which had an umbrella over a wrought iron table and chairs that we used quite often. Overall we were very happy with our choice of this condo. We think it offers a lot in a rental for a very reasonable price. We would rent again from Victoria when we return to Santa Fe in the future. Thank you, Victoria.
Victoria's place is great and I would definitely stay there again. Very comfortable in general and especially the bed, plenty of room (we were just two) and a great location, within walking distance to the Plaza (I didn't walk it but my friend did one morning). Victoria was easy to work with, too. An all around excellent experience.
Never actually met Victoria but she was most helpful when we requested info on internet connection and more importantly when we requested if we could stay an extra night! The condo was exactly as described and the short walk to the square and other points of interest were great. Lovely setting and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only small item was getting out of bed on the first morning to discover there were no coffee filters! Mad dash to a convenience store and all was well. Would definitely consider staying again when visiting Santa Fe.
I am a Feldenkrais practitioner and teacher, living in Santa Fe for 15 years. My work is a form of somatic education which connects brain and the nervous system to create greater ease in movement and decrease pain. I came to Santa Fe for its natural beauty and multi-cultural atmosphere. I have lived in New Zealand, Europe and Canada I love art, good food and good people--all of which are here in New Mexico.
