This adorable one bedroom condo is situated 3 houses in from the ocean/boardwalk, and a short walk to the serene bay. It is in the heart of Mission Beach, walking distance to all bars, restaurants, Belmont Park, Pacific Beach Pier and more! It is a ground floor, corner unit, very quiet and has a large communal patio. Within 1 block of the unit you will find pizza, markets, liquor store, Greek, breakfast, coffee, cafe, bars, tacos and rental shops!

The space
This is a small one bedroom, perfect for a couple, or a small family. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and closet and lounge chair. The living room has a small couch, a 42' smart TV with cable and roku. There is a 4-person kitchen table and a fully equipped kitchen (no oven or dishwasher, but there is a 4-burner gas stove, full-size refrigerator and a microwave). The bathroom is a good size and has a standing shower.

Guest access
I live in the unit next door. I do not allow any partying or loud noises after quiet hours. If you are disruptive and/or fail to cooperate with these rules/policies, you will be evicted on the spot.
If your parent/an adult/or anyone not planning on staying books for you, you will be evicted on the spot.
If you are under the age of 25 years old, unfortunately, you can not stay here.
If you have more than the allowed number of guests in your unit (3) you will be evicted on the spot.
These rules are in place to protect myself, the property and the neighborhood. I am sorry if these seem strict but I have had issues in the past with partiers and underage drinking and I have zero tolerance.
Please be considerate and remember that you are a guest in someone's home.
If any of these listed will be a problem for you, then this is not the unit for you.

Other things to note
NO PARKING
Parking:
If you bring a vehicle, you will ALWAYS find parking Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 10AM (due to the street sweeping schedule, each side rotates days where you can not park there from 8am - 10am, this trick will save you:)
There is plenty of free street parking but please be aware of the street sweeping signs. Also, parking can get a little tricky at night so plan ahead.
There is a paid parking lot (from 8am -5pm) located on San Jose Court beachside.
OVERNIGHT PARKING on Santa Clara Place, bayside. Drive down Santa Clara Place, east of Mission Blvd. and there is a strip where you will find free overnight parking *be aware of street sweeping signs
Also on Santa Clara Place there is paid overnight parking at The Mission Beach Women's Club" it is $10 for overnight/day parking *bring cash because if no one is there to collect or it is after hours there is a mailbox where you can drop the cash.
Summer months parking is almost impossible so I recommend not bringing a vehicle (you can literally walk/bike/uber everywhere you need to go. Below is a list of main attractions and their distances from the unit.
-Belmont Park (amusement park): 10 minute walk, 1 mile up the boardwalk, $5 uber
-Pacific Beach (pier, main beach town) 15 minute walk up the boardwalk (with lots of bars/restaurants on the way), less than a mile up the boardwalk, 4 minute drive, $5 uber
-Sea World less than 4 miles away, 10 minute drive, $10 uber
-Downtown Gaslamp less than 10 miles away, 15 minute drive (and you won't have to worry about parking!) $15 uber
-San Diego Zoo 10 miles away, 20 minute drive, $18 uber
-Airport less than 8 miles away, 15-20 minute drive, $18 uber
-La Jolla less than 5 miles away (no freeway, you can actually ride bikes all the way there along the coast, it's a LOVELY ride, I do it whenever I have visitors), 20 minute drive (you don't have to worry about parking!) $20 uber
-Old Town less than 6 miles away, 10 minute drive, $12 uber
-Coronado only 14 miles away, 25 minute drive, $20 uber

**if you are on a road trip and have to have a rental but you plan to walk/bike/uber everywhere, there are a couple of FREE overnight lots off of the boardwalk that you can easily and safely keep your car the duration of your trip. Message me for info.

Time Management:

Here are the days/times to avoid all major highways (which you will need to take to get to the Zoo, Downtown Gaslamp, Airport, and Coronado)
Mon-Friday only, avoid the 5 north between 7am and 9am, and avoid the 5 south between 3pm and 6pm. Avoid the 8 east between 3pm and 6pm.

This is a multi-family unit consisting of two other vacation rentals and 1 long-term tenant/property manager. We are surrounded by long-term tenants/working neighbors so there are strict policies on this property regarding quiet hours, from 10PM-8AM. I understand most of my guests will be on vacation or celebrating, and I want everyone to have a good time, but please be respectful :)
