Beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, private patio and outdoor firepit, and brand new amenities... It is sure to blow you away!

The Moscato Cottage is a loft located above the office at the Vineyards of Fredericksburg RV Resort.

The space
The loft has all of the comforts of home - a fully stocked kitchen (including an oven/stove top, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, pots/pans/dishes/silverware, Keurig coffee maker with a variety of coffee pods), linens/blankets, towels/wash rags, cable television, and your own private fire pit and patio.

Guest access
Guests have access to the hot tub and pool (open from April till November 1st- then closed for the season), fire pits, large grills, laundry facilities, gym, restrooms and showers.
