Luxury home located in Kennebunk ME. This inviting oceanfront home is situated on Lord’s Point, an exclusive, private peninsula with just 12 homes located steps to the soft sand of Mother’s Beach and KBIA. Beautifully equipped with central air conditioning, top of the line appliances, bathrooms and linens, this is simply as good as it gets. This beach home boasts spectacular water views of the cove and breathtaking sunsets. It is directly on the water so no cars can obstruct your views. The main floor consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, family room with fieldstone fireplace, tv room, powder room and waterfront deck. Up the hardwood stairs are four generously sized bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds and the other two bedrooms each have two twin beds. Also on the second floor are two spa like bathrooms with Waterworks fixtures and tile. The lower level offers a romantic private suite with a king size bedroom, bathroom, living area and private deck – the perfect place to get away from it all.
