We are centrally-located to many awesome eateries, local bars/cafes, located in a very walkable neighborhood rich in amenities, restaurants, and shops and we are only less than 10mins (600m)walk to Kanazawa main station.

The charming, lovely 90years old Marchiya on Horikawa street in the hip of Kanazawa CBD neighbourhood is the perfect place to rest and relax whilst enjoying your stay in this rare gem of “KanazawaBen” (the locals) cultural icon. Newly renovated and modernized Machiya located just less than 10 minutes' walk from Kanazawa Main Station. Giving yourself a taste of the local lifestyle, and become a part of the community with the entire traditional Japanese house all to yourself!

We are centrally-located to many awesome eateries, local bars/cafes, located in a very walkable neighborhood rich in amenities, restaurants, and shops. There are the JR bus, all of the popular sights in Kanazawa can be accessed by bus provided for tourists. (The Kanazawa Loop Bus, Kenrokuen Shuttle, and Kenrokuen Light Up bus are all very convenient and easy to use.) You can also walk easily to Betsuindori Street (hidden street for good café and restaurants) or Omicho Market (Kanazawa's largest fresh food market) from NAOUMI HOUSE in about 10 minutes.

NAOUMI HOUSE embraces its unique design like much of traditional Japanese architecture, the building allows for fluid recomposition of rooms via sliding doors. With the original 90 years old elements to provide you with a comfortable & private space. NAOUMI HOUSE retains her traditional elements which blends seamlessly into a city filled with traditional streets and shrines. We have sought to equip the house to a high comfy standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a luxurious stay. Welcome amenities and bath room amenities are provided as standard. We also have our lovely cleaner for complimentary cleaning of NAOUMI HOUSE every alternate day, giving our guests the gift of time to relax and feeling comfortable.
