The Coop is a fresh, country-themed retreat that offers all the modern amenities, making it a great place to roost on your get-away to the Yakima area. Bask in the sunlight Yakima is famous for and enjoy farm-fresh eggs delivered to your door every morning. Catch a cool breeze in the shade on a hot summer day, or snuggle up next to the fire on a cold winter night. A fenced side yard is also available for sleeping out during the summer or to give your pets a place to stay and play.

The space
The "Coop" was an actual chicken coop that housed several hundred birds at one time. It has been lovingly renovated and is now ready for you to relax and enjoy.

Where you’ll be

Yakima, Washington, United States

Within minutes of our property you'll find two coffee shops, and there's a quaint (and delicious) wood-fired pizzeria/mom & pop grocery store just down the road. Golfers will enjoy being just a few miles away from Apple Tree Golf Course, one of the Pacific Northwest's premier golf destinations. The area has many U-pick vegetable, berry and fruit farms just a short drive away. Of course wineries, breweries, pubs and a distillery are all part of the scenic Yakima Valley, and well worth the time to explore. Yakima also offers access to hundreds of miles of hiking trails or a trip up the Yakima River Canyon where you can see bald eagles or spot big horn sheep, elk or deer. For a more adventurous outing, try white-water rafting on the Tieton River during the summer and fall. Catch-and-release fishing is also popular, and you can even book a guided fishing tour. There's an indoor shooting range nearby, and the SOZO sports complex is just a few short miles away where soccer, lacrosse and Pop Warner football programs play throughout the year.
