This private room is in a garden level two bedroom two bathroom brick Victorian rowhouse on the newly renovated Chester Square. At the crossroads of the South End, Fenway, Kenmore, and Back Bay neighborhoods, and within walking distance to the historic desitnations in Beacon Hill, North End, Boston Common, Quincy Market. There is no parking included but there is ample on-street parking at both metered and non-metered spots within a block walking distance and beyond. We can help you navigate the Boston parking rules and schedules. There are three Hubway Bike Rental stations within three blocks. There are 6 Zipcars within a one block radius as well, and there are a couple garages where you can park overnight we can recommend if needed.Toiletries and First Aid - We will have soap, shampoo, lotion, band-aids, toothpaste, and other community supplies available for your use.
Interaction with Guests
We live on-site and are generally available throughout the stay to assist or provide directions or recommendations as needed. We are happy to interact more or less depending on the desired social moods of each of our guests.
• As mentioned in the Amenities section NO SMOKING.
• Recycle what you can in the silver can, trash is under the sink. Larger items can go into the big trash or big recycle bin on the patio.
• Keep the place as neat/clean as possible if you use the kitchen and on your departure. There is dish soap or a dishwasher available. (We'd rather avoid a cleaning fee if possible)
• Let us know what time you want to check-in. Typically 1pm or after, but if there is no one staying the day before, you can arrive earlier if you arrange it in advance.
• If you have food allergies or need anything special let us know in advance of your arrival.
