Charming house in a safe - not too quiet not too crowded - neighbourhood with easy and short access to downtown, lots of local cafes and restaurant nearby, spacious bedroom with tempurpedic matress, private spotlessly clean white hues bathroom (you know you are really taking a good care of cleanliness if you decide to have white tiles bathroom). I mean, Thiago and Niles bathroom is really clean!! And it comes with strong shower pressure. Most importantly the hosts are really nice and helpful. Too bad I only spend a night in Boston.
I could not have asked for a better location or hosts!! Thiago greeted us with a big smile and welcomed us into the home. He gave us a tour and brewed us some coffee! Such a great start to the vacation :-) We had a nice spacious room with our own bathroom in the hall! So much better than staying in a hotel I would say. From the bedding to the towels and warm hospitality I could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay in Boston! I hope to visit the city again and will re book if possible.
We had a really great time at Thiago and Niles place and would most definitely recommend you stay there if visiting Boston .
We looked at loads of other accommodations , but we are so glad we picked the guy's place to stay..
They are the perfect hosts and go that extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcome .
The apartment is as previously stated spotless and the room and bathroom are perfect .
It is also centrally located for travelling around Boston , the T line is a short walk up the road and there are a few restaurants just around the corner.
Thiago and Niles are an excellent example of what Airbnb is about and we would love to stay there again the next time we visit Boston . Thank you guys ! Oh and Ginger the lab x
Historical neighbourhood is beautifull. We just loved it! All imenities are very close. Subway, restaurants, pharmacy and anything else you may want. But they probably already have everything that you want for you. The facility is spotless and you never need for anything. Bedroom facility is very spacious and comfortable. Your own complete bathroom is spacious and complete. And, very, very clean. Niles and Thiago both made us feel like this was our home. We soon became friends (first nite) sharing a glass of wine and getting all of the insight about Boston. They gave us great recomendations and were always helpful beyond expectations. Ginger is simply a great dog. Never a bother or in your face. But, if you want to love her she will oblige. Be ready to fall in love with this precious chocolate lab. We will not hesitate to stay with them again if we go to Boston. Did I mention that Ginger is going to make you fall in love with her?

I felt very welcomed by Thiago. They have marvelous accommodations with a bed that put me right to sleep. I highly recommend this listing.
Our experience at Thiago & Niles was amazing! This was the best Airbnb stay we had so far. The house was really clean, the location was perfect and most of all, Thiago & Niles were extremely welcoming hosts to us.
We had a pretty inconvenient arrival time (7am in the morning), but this was no problem at all for them. It was really great that we could arrive this early and catch up some sleep before going into the city. Our hosts also invited us for a spectacular Brazilian dinner, which was a very pleasant surprise to our stay.
I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would love to come back if I am in Boston again.
