Newly refurbished stylishly designed 50sqm raised ground floor flat within a quiet residential neighborhood just to the east of the city centre. The space
This elegant, newly & fully renovated apartment is located next to villa Mordoch, a magnificent house built in 1905, in a relatively upmarket area to the east of the city center. It is suitable for individuals, couples, families and business travelers but also for a party of friends or a family group because of the counterpart apartment next door (https://abnb.me/OH1rFxK0VT ).
The apartment is in a very safe & peaceful, tree lined street in a class neighborhood with many shops, restaurants and bars. The Nea Paralia (the new waterfront promenade) is a short (200m) stroll away. Walking, running or cycling along the water edge you can enjoy the magnificent sunset, the sea on the side and green parks on the other, with views of city and the iconic White Tower ahead. The apartment is ideally situated for attending the Thessaloniki concert hall, bioiatriki clinic and Kolosaion cinema/theater which are all within 5' walking distance. Every Tuesday the apartment’s street is transformed into a bustling local fresh food market where you can buy vegetables, fruit, nuts, fish and local delicacies. Hence the immediate neighborhood exposes visitors to a unique enjoyable local experience.
The flat features brand new furniture and home appliances. The living space consists of large sitting, eating and kitchen area. This area is spacious, bright and airy, with a comfortable couch and colorful cushions, a distinctive carpet, tasteful art work, a smart TV, and a separate lounge chair. The dining area is cozy with a round table, and four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, dishes, pots, cooking utensils etc.
The apartment is equipped with autonomous gas heating and air conditioning for cold and hot temperatures. All double doors open onto a balcony that wraps the entire apartment, and are equipped with mosquito doors.
The bedroom has a new queen size bed, bedside tables with lamps, a large wardrobe, an ottoman, and full size mirror.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, mirror, heated towel rack, hairdryer, and washing machine.
The balcony looks onto beautiful villa Mordoch and it's garden, with a small table and two chairs at which to enjoy your morning tea or coffee .
Access to the apartment block is by a code which will be provided together with all the useful information for the checking in.

The surrounding area is an experience in itself. It is filled with shops of various kinds, cafes and restaurants, delicatessens and fruit stores, banks and speciality stores. There is a supermarket 20 meters away around the corner, a delicatessen with delicious treats, an upmarket butcher, a bakery, and an old fashioned and very traditional Greek restaurant opposite the front door filled with locals drinking coffee and discussing worldly issues. The bus stop is 30 meters away, and taxis (which are cheap in Thessaloniki) can be found at any time on the connecting high street. Getting to the airport is very easy and a 20 minute taxi ride. As previously noted every Tuesday, the front door opens up to a bustling street food market where one can buy fresh local produce or just enjoy the experience of mingling with locals as they ,move from stall to stall. On the way to the Nea Paralia is the main city concert hall which hosts high quality classical concerts, theater plays, ballet shows, outdoor movies in the summer etc. Situated at the seaside, the glass walls of the conference center attached to the concert hall offer amazing views. The Nea Paralia is something special and is rated by both locals and tourists as one Thessaloniki’s major attractions. It stretches along the sea from the concert hall to the city center. Along this expanse locals and tourists walk, run, cycle, or stroll holding hands. Others just sit and relax watching children play and enjoying the spectacular views and beauty of the Nea Paralia. Bicycles can be hired by the hour a block away from the apartment.
