Interaction with Guests
I welcome personally my guests for the checking-in in order to give the information they need, or eventually special tips.
This neighborhood is particularly well connected with metro and bus. My guests are particularly happy to be in a quite street, with all local shops and restaurants around .. and beside the Eiffel Tower.
Regarding transportation, during the booking, I always give the information, which suits the best the needs of our guests.
Other Things to Note
I am enjoying a lot to host my guests. I started in 2012 thinking that I will proceed like when I have friends coming home. And it worked perfectly !
No smoking. No pets. For two people only. The buildling is very safe and very quiet, so please refrain from playing loud music. Be considerate with your neighbors.
Martine's was a great host and her apartment is lovely and located very central to all the tourist destinations. There are two metro stations close by which will take you past all the best spots, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants near by if you want to indulge locally.
The reservation was canceled 179 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Fabrice and Martine were excellent hosts who were very friendly and patient. They answered every question that we asked and gave us all the information we needed to get around Paris.
The place was really spacious well located to the metro. Just a street away, you will be able to find some nice restaurants that have good reviews. There is also a supermarket nearby which is a 3 minutes walk and you will be able to get all the daily essentials you need from there. Not only that, we love how close the apartment is to the Eiffel Tower. We walked over one night and it took roughly 7 minutes to get the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower.
Overall, I strongly recommend this apartment for accommodation in Paris. Thanks Martine and Fabrice for the hospitality!
Martine's apartment is very nice. It locates near the metro but very quiet. Martine is very warm-hearted. She helped us to book the taxi and provide many useful information. We stay 7 nights and enjoy her beautiful place with good facility in Paris. Highly recommended.

I have been living in this beautiful art deco building for over 20 years and have always enjoyed it. It is well-kept. The concierge is on duty from 7 am to 12 am and from 3 pm to 7 pm. The apartment is very quiet. It is perfect for a couple. There is a large desk if you have to work on your computer or do some writing.
The neighborhood is very nice : both safe and quiet, with a large choice of restaurants and cafés. Walking to the Champ de Mars and jogging or just hanging around there on a bench is always a treat at any time of the year. (You'll have Wifi in the park). There is a wonderful farmer's market nearby on Wednesdays and Sundays. You're 5 metro stops from Saint-Germain-des-Prés, 4 from Montparnasse and 4 from Etoile. You can cross the river and walk to the Trocadero, or stroll along the river to the Musée d'art Moderne de la Ville de Paris, or to the new Quai Branly Museum. I'll be happy to provide information about local shops, restaurants and places of interest.
