Steve is a wonderful host, and made our stay in Fes extra special by providing a lovely clean and safe place to stay and giving us tips about places to eat and things to do. His riad is remodeled in a traditional manner - very clean and comfortable, and in a great location. His staff is warm and welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was amazing - fresh fruit and yogurt and yummy Moroccan pancakes. We enjoyed chatting with Steve while we were there, to get a bit of context for our visit to Fes. We definitely recommend Steve's place. Any of the rooms would be nice - we had the room on the top floor - it has a private bathroom and nice rooftop patio.
The riad was great! It was very beautiful and very clean and comfortable, and our host was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here. And the riad is also in the heart of the medina, right off of both of the main streets, so the location is also fantastic. Steven was very helpful and organised a pickup for us from the train station and helped us with everything we needed, and responded very quickly.
Where to start....I did not have the pleasure of meeting Steven, but we had a great communication through emails...very helpful with all the arrangements! The house is just BEAUTIFUL! I do not think you are going to find a better place in Fes than Steven's house! Mohamed and the lady that worked there were very kind and really helpful with everything that we needed...breakfast is something delicious! every day we tried a different bread... and they really made us feel like at home! The tour guides that they recommended us were really good! and the pickup option from and to the airport is the best! I would love to have again the opportunity of staying there! highly recommended!
We had a very nice stay at the gorgeous medina of Steven in Fes. It is a beautiful riad, very clean and we had a very good breakfast. Steven gave us very good advice about restaurants and stuff.
Steven's "pretty medina house" was super nice, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really amazing. Steven is a very welcoming and helpful host. We totally recommend him.
I must say, Steve was the best host I could have imagined! His guesthouse is absolutely beautiful, with everything you might need, and very clean. Once you know where it is, it is actually relatively easy to find and at a great spot for discovering the medina. Steve himself was very helpful, doing everything he can for making the stay most comfortable and always being a good person to ask about anything you might wonder about when being in Morocco. He had very good advice for us, which was a great support being the first time in Morocco. All in all, I definitely recommend him and his lovely guesthouse. Next time I am in Morocco, he will be the first for me to contact!
