Giovanni was an excellent host. Our train was delayed and our arrival time was later than anticipated but he was ready waiting for us, with a smile. It was very easy to communicate with him prior to our arrival. Our room, and the entire place was extremely clean and inviting. Our room featured a large window which kept the room very cool at night. We shared a bathroom with others but never experienced any issues and it was extremely clean. We chatted with Giovanni a few times throughout and he was always helpful. Great location near the metro which made travel very easy. Wifi was good and reliable.
This was my boyfriend's second stay with Giovanni and my first. We would stay with him again in a heartbeat.
Giovanni is very friendly and will help you in any way he can. He even got up extra early when we chose to get up at 06:00 to beat the line at basilica San Pietro. The train and bus are 5 minutes away, the vatican is 20 minutes away, train and walk included. The breakfast he offers is basic but filling. Overall good experience and good location (distance and time to travel).
Points to consider, the location is a bit noisy. The apartment itself is quite echoey. For the self conscience people, everything you do in the bathroom WILL be heard.
Stayed with Giovanni on the weekend at the end of May. He was a great host! Gave us good advice on things to see and was very nice and friendly. Really enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. Flat was very nice, not too far from the city centre, 5 min walk from metro station.
Thank you Giovanni!
It was the first time both for me and my girlfriend using Air B&B for seeking an accomodation, and with Giovanni we found a great deal. He has been very quick at replying to our requests since the beginning.
The neighborhood is very quiet and very close to Cornelia station (both buses and underground). Giovanni is very discreet and nice, committed in making you feel at home and available for any info you may require. The house is very bright, clean and cozy. First experience to reapeat for sure!.
This airbnb contributed to making my trip amazing. Giovanni was such a kind host. He answered any questions we had and went out of his way to check bus schedules for us. The breakfast he provided was nice and the coffee he makes is excellent. This place is outside the center of Rome but it was no problem really because the subway is right around the corner and it is very easy to get anywhere in Rome using the subway. I highly recommend staying here.
Giovanni was a very easy host. He welcomed us warmly in his quiet apartment => needed for Rome :). Rooms and bathrooms were very clean.
Very easy to access from the center either with the Underground or Bus.
Thx Giovanni, we’ll come back !
Bien que trop court le séjour chez Giovanni a été très agréable. Son appartement est situé dans une résidence très calme pas trés loin d´une station de métro. Giovanni est un hote discret et trés serviable et de plus il parle français. Merci pour ces 3 jours chez vous.
