RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!! BEAUTIFUL BEACHFRONT HOME!! Huge floor to ceiling windows provide 180 degree ocean views and the extra large 250 sq ft beachfront deck is the perfect gathering place for families and friends. This remodeled yet cozy 3BD, 3BA home features both a main house and a completely separate apartment! A fully stocked kitchen + 2nd kitchenette, 4 dining areas w/an internal, completely private courtyard make this a unique place to spend a holiday or few days away from it all.

MAIN HOUSE:
Open floor plan in the main house features a beautiful formal dining area with a table and 6 chairs from which you can enjoy incredible ocean views. The living room area has a 52" flat screen TV and an electric fireplace for warmth and ambiance. 2 master suites in the main house have windows facing the beach so that guests wake up to waves crashing and wildlife frolicking. Bathrooms have been remodeled with new flooring, fresh paint & counter tops. The kitchen remodel features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances & indoor laundry area. There is a breakfast nook with a hightop table and 4 swivel chairs. Gorgeous dark wood flooring further enhances this lovely home.

GUEST HOUSE:
There is a completely separate apartment featuring another bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, & game room. A lovely courtyard with terra cotta tile flooring connects the two living spaces and can be used to BBQ or for additional dining. There is also an outdoor shower for a refreshing finish to a day on the beach.

OUTDOORS:
This home is perfect for a family or small gathering of friends. There is enough space to be together or to find time to be alone. The main, beachside deck features a table and 6 additional chairs, along with 2 loungers to enjoy the sun or stars. The courtyard features a propane BBQ, along with a picnic table with 2 benches and 2 chairs in a warm garden setting. The beach is your backyard, the Ocean is your playground and the Oceano Dunes is your own State Park.

On this beach you can drive, ride horses, fish, surf, ride ATVs, view incredible wildlife, and build fires right on the sand. From this fabulous location, world class wineries, golf, hot springs, biking, hiking, and the wonderful Montagna de Oro are all short drives. It is the perfect place to find relaxation and adventure, while also serving as a home base to visit many nearby sites. San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, Cambria, Heart Castle, are easy day trips. We are thrilled to share this property and unique location with YOU!

Other things to note
Vehicles drive on this beach. While cars are quite far from the house and there is approximately a 150' restricted area stretching from the house to where vehicles are allowed, guests must be alert to traffic and families with small children need to plan accordingly. It would be prudent to choose another city for your stay if beach traffic is unacceptable to you.

Please also note, this is a split level home with three sets of stairs - two in the main house and one longer, narrow staircase in the apartment.

We love everything about this place, a very sandy beach with soft, lovely dunes all around. The weather can be windy, cool, or extremely hot with full sun - it's Mother Nature's call!

Walk into the house and take one look at the view, and there will be no turning back! What a luxury to sit on the deck and watch the sun set while horses gallop by and birds run into and out of the ocean and neighbors build fires in the sand to say goodbye to the day. Long walks on the beach and around the dunes never ceases to inspire wonder at creation. This beach is full of life - from fishermen to dune buggy enthusiasts to clam diggers and surfers.

This house is special - 4 houses from the end of the road, this area of Oceano is quiet and serene. Two separate living areas create the perfect opportunity for hosting guests or family since each can enjoy some privacy. The ample outdoor space is perfect for lounging in the sun or candlelight dinners.

The Five Cities are each incredibly unique (Oceano, Arroyo Grande, Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, Avila Beach) and there is so much to explore within just a few short miles. Good restaurants and shopping are nearby and world renown attractions are within short driving distance. This place is unique to California - laid back but full of things to do and beautiful scenery to enjoy.
