The space
Justin’s Horizon & Mambo’s Villa – Two Signature Homes at Congo Coastal Properties
Nestled above the coastline of Mal País on Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula, these two homes deliver an exceptional blend of panoramic ocean views, modern design, and total privacy ; while remaining just minutes from beaches, surf spots, restaurants and cafés.

Justin’s Horizon (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 6) commands the most impressive views of Mal País, Playa Carmen and Santa Teresa. With 180-degree vistas, each of the two master suites features private en-suite bathrooms and direct veranda access into lush gardens and sweeping seascapes. The heart of the house is a spacious open kitchen/dining/living area.

Outside you’ll find an infinity pool and ample terrace space, designed for relaxing in paradise.

Mambo’s Villa, offers a sanctuary of serenity and style.
With fully opening bi-fold glass doors and an open-plan layout, the space has stunning coastline views in a contemporary setting.

Perched on the mountain with private gated access and caretaker support on site, it’s ideal for a peaceful escape.

Together, both homes share access to the spectacular infinity pool and expansive lounge area overlooking the Pacific Ocean!

Other things to note
Playa Cuevas aka Playa Los Suecos -- 1 km
This is by far one of the most beautiful beaches along the Mal Pais and Santa Teresa coastline and it's a 5 minute drive from our property. A little hidden trail opens up to a magical tropical beach. This white sand beach is next to the Cabo Blanco Absolute Reserve, it's as beautiful as the many pictures you'll find online if not more. Great spot to come relax with family and friend with lots of shade. You can even go snorkeling!

Playa Carmen and Santa Teresa -- 4km
Both beaches are 4km from our property, a 10 minute drive at most. White sand beaches great to relax and dozens of fun peaks to surf at. Check out beach front Restaurante Playa Carmen, for a great atmosphere, good food and excellent cocktails. They also have beach lounge chairs to rent right on the sand!

The Mal Pais Fishery -- 1km
One great perk our guests get to really enjoy is our proximity to the Mal Pais fishery. You can buy fresh fish straight from the line from local fisherman, which they'll filet for you on the spot. It's a 10 minute drive from the property.

We highly recommend our guests to explore Mal Pais, Santa Teresa and Montezuma there are some really beautiful and magical spots here. Take the hassle out of planning local activities and tours, we can help organize and put together an itinerary for your family and friends. We work closely with local tour operators and guides which needless to say know the area like the back of their hand.

Our guests can schedule private yoga and pilates classes in our poolside tiki hut. Just ask us ahead of time so we can notify our instructor. There are also a couple really good yoga and pilates studios in town we can recommend just let us know if you are interested. If interested in getting a massage, we can arrange for a masseuse to come to the house.

Surfing
Mal Pais and Santa Teresa have consistent surf year round, we have waves and warm water literally 365 days a year. There's ideal spots for beginners, intermediate and advanced level surfers. It's literally a surfers paradise, tons of peaks to choose from!

Private chef services are available to our guests. Ask us for our breakfast, lunch and dinner menu options. Vegetarian, vegan and kid menus are available. Plus special birthday and holiday requests are welcome as well.
