  • I stayed here with my wife for 10 days.

Aaron's condo was clean, modern, and in a great location in Maui. From the condo you can easily drive to all the great beaches in the south, and it's just a slightly longer drive to Lahaina and all the great west Maui spots.

The bed and linens were very clean and comfortable. All the other furniture and amenities were stylish and welcoming. It was a great place to come back to at the end of a day of exploring Maui, and relax in comfort. Everything seems to have been very recently updated.

We enjoyed all the beach gear that they provided: chairs, snorkel gear, and more.

If you want to save on accommodations and spend more exploring Maui this is the place to stay. You will definitely want to rent a car.

They have a copy of the guide book "Maui Revealed" and we recommend using it, and even picking up a copy before your trip if it is your first time to the island. It helped us tremendously. It had info you wouldn't think about like where to park at certain beaches, that saved us time and money.

Restaurants we loved: Coconuts Fish Cafe, Kihei face (for breakfast), Ulani's Shaved Ice, Leoda's, Mama's Fish House ($$$), Hali'imaile General Store ($$$), Memphis Belle Cafe, Lava Java Cafe.

Activities we liked: Healakala Sunrise, Surf Lessons w/ Maui Wave Riders, Road to Hana, Ali'i Kula Lavender Farm, Surfing Goat Dairy, Ioa Valley, Front Street Lahaina, Jumping off Black Rock, driving the north tip

Beaches we liked: Big Beach (huge shore break), Mulauka (huge turtles came right up to shore), Po'olenalena, Ka'anapali (jumped off black rock here), Black Sand Beach, Honolua Bay (amazing snorkeling!!! best we did all vacation)

The sunset at the beach across the street was amazing, definitely worth checking out.

We are probably missing a ton, but this is a great place to stay if you are looking for a comfortable, clean home base and want to explore during the day.

  • The condo was just perfect for the two of us and the location is great for getting easily to all parts of Maui. Everything was exactly as listed online and we would definitely stay here again!

  • My wife and I had a great time at Maui and Aarons´s Condo was one of the major reasons. His place was just perfect for us. We could reach beautifull beaches and a lot of shops and restaurants within a few minutes by car.
The Condo itself had everything we could ask for. It was clean, had a very nice kitchen that we used a lot and was huge. The resort itself had a nice pool and BBQ area.
The Condo was also perfectly located so that we could explore the island by car without any problems.
Aaron was helpful and communicative and I can highly recommend his condo to anyone and would stay there again.

  • Kihei Maui Studio Condo is an excellent choice for short to medium length stays on Maui. This is a private self-contained studio condo in a mid-size complex in a handy location in the Kihei section of central Maui.

The condo is second floor, and around to the very back of the complex. The location would not be described as scenic, though the complex itself is only about 500 feet from the local beach. It's a small studio with a king bed that dominates the main room, so not all that conducive to staying in - but that's not what you want to do in Hawaii anyhow.

Condo is well equipped with stove, fridge, various appliances and sports equipment, large screen TV, DVD, and fast Internet! The owners keep it clean and well-maintained; also provide very helpful instructions and suggestions for local restaurants and activities. Bathroom is a little small, but adequate to task.

Owners provided prompt and thorough communication, and seemed to be excellent hosts. This rental is highly recommended and a good value on Maui if you can live without scenic views. A good airbnb choice for young couples, friends, small families doing short to medium stays. Longer visits (a week or more), however, might begin to feel a little cramped.

This area has a good selection of restaurants and is convenient to day trips to most island attractions.

  • We enjoyed our stay in your condo. Highly recommended. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately it was raining the whole time we were in Maui. We did not get to enjoy the beach gears :/. Very well equipped place. Id rather stay here than any hotels out there. we felt home esp with our little toddler. Only thing was, the wifi was a little slow. maybe it was my ipad but other than that, if I were to visit Maui again. I would definitely book my stay here. :) Thank you. The directions were easy to follow.

  • The Studio Condo in Kihei is just great and provides everything you need for an awesome stay on Maui! The studio is located in a lovely and tranquil apartment complex with pool, jacuzzi, barbecue area, tennis court, a huge parking lot and right across from the beach. Although this beach is not the greatest on the south shore of Maui it is still nice to watch the beautiful sunset and to observe humpback whales. The studio itself was very, very clean and has a lanai with pool view. Also it is lovely and cozy furnished, the bed was super comfortable, and we loved the attention to detail, e.g. ice cold water in the fridge. A fully fitted kitchen, snorkel gear, boogie boards as well as beach chairs and towels are provided by the owner.
South Kihei is a great spot and centrally located on Maui. However, you will need a car to get around. Within a few miles you find everything you need…a shopping mall (super market, USPS), great restaurants (e.g. Chez Meme), bars (e.g. South Shore Tiki Bar), and wonderful beaches (e.g. Big Beach or Weilea Beach). Maui’s north shore, where you can see the big wave surfers, and the airport are just 20-30 minutes away by car.
Overall we had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this apartment to explore the south shore of Maui!! Mahalo!

  • I decided to extend my stay on Maui and had to find a place on short notice. Aaron was extremely nice and responsive, and quickly worked with his cleaning service to accommodate me. His condo had everything I needed and more, was roomy for a studio, and is in a super convenient location -- close to Foodland, Longs, good Kihei restaurants, and easy access to get elsewhere on Maui. It's right across the street from Kalepolepo Beach Park, which has an old Hawaiian fishpond and is a quiet place to watch the sun set. A bunch of other beaches are a short bike ride or drive away. This was a fantastic deal for everything the condo offers. Thank you, Aaron!!
