Casa Cariblanco is a teak wood appointed two bedroom house with a fully equipped kitchen, ample indoor living space and spectacular views. It boasts both an indoor shower as well as an outdoor shower nestled into a lush fragrant flowering garden. Called the Casa Cariblanco because white faced monkeys frequent the jungle wildlife corridor in front of the house. The Montezuma River and famous Falls run adjacent. Raised wood flooring give this house nautical feeling.
The infinite edge pool is available to all Agua Vista guests and is located in close proximity to Casa Cariblanco.

We are a Tico-Gringa couple who met here in 1993 and have two little monkeys of our own. He hails from neighboring Cóbano and she comes all the way from New Jersey, USA.

Because of our bicultural heritage and our deep roots in the local community, we are able to provide you with an authentic Costa Rican experience that also respects the unique concerns of tourists from abroad.
Our four rental houses at Agua Vista are located in the lush hills above Montezuma, at the bottom of the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica.
We also have a new house to the market, Casa del Río, located along the same Montezuma River, but on a separate property. This house was completed in October of 2015 and is both for sale and for rent.
