Everything was great! Melissa was an excellent host and made us feel very welcome. She was there to greet us when we arrived and told us to come and go as we pleased, which was very nice. It's right by a great beach, and if we decide to go back to Sandwich, we'd definitely look here first.
Melissa was a very nice host. The place was clean. A little warm and stuffy at night but otherwise a nice over night.
Melissa was a gracious host. We arrived two hours earlier than planned but our room was ready and Melissa welcomed us in. Everything desired for comfort was present: assortment of toiletries, beach towels, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker and creamers, muffins, yogurt, and information about attractions. We were heading to Hyannis for a concert in the Melody Tent and appreciated Melissa's tip about where to park. There was a slight leak in the sink so Melissa moved us to her other, larger room and so I can say both beds were wonderful. The East Sandwich location is handy to everything we wanted to do in Cape Cod: Hyannis concerts and the bike rail trail, and along 6A, the Nirvana Coffee Company in Barnstable had great coffee for on the go. For an economical stay, we would definately come back to Melissa's next time we come to Cape Cod.
Melissa has made us feel welcomed upon arrival after a long day of cycling. The room was as shown in the profile. However, we did not feel as comfortable during the stay. A little fan stuck on the window was on all night; and with no AC, we were too hot to sleep. With the well water, and warn bath mats, the bathroom was not really nice to use. We wished we read the reviews in more carefully before booking.
Experience and lodging exactly as described. Comfortable, affordable space to lay your head when exploring the Cape
Melissa was a wonderful host. She made us feel right at home when we arrived despite having to change our check-in time last minute. We enjoyed blueberry muffins for breakfast and a wonderful, cucumber-infused water. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
