Ashes was a perfect spot as a home base to explore Dingle and its peninsula. It was easy check in and out, communication was seamless and they were super flexible with extending our original one night stay to two. Ashes gave us good recommendations and a good map to make our way around town (even though small, it's good to know the spots to check out). Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore the Dingle Peninsula. (Oh and their seafood restaurant is really good - lot of same stuff as other spots but prepared slightly differently).
We checked (email hidden) of Ashes seafood restaurant, and were given a good rundown of the town and some sights and recommendations.
The room was right above the restaurant, with an entrance to the staircase right off of the street. The room was clean, had two big bright windows, and a private bathroom with shower.
The accommodation is very conveniently located, and we were able to walk about the town, marina, and piers with ease.
We had a very enjoyable stay in Dingle.
Absolutely lovely room and access to all of Dingle. Hosts were delightful and even set me up with a wonderful private car tour of the peninsula! I enjoyed a delicious seafood dinner in the Ashes restaurant downstairs and the ambiance is extremely friendly and fun! A great spot if one wishes to enjoy the local pubs and music all very near by. And the shopping could not be closer or more tempting!
