The location was great, right in the middle of Dingle. The room was nice and private and had most everything you would hope for. It was clean and there was a tea kettle or coffee right outside our door. There was also a frig in th room, although we didn't use it.
The hosts were busy running their very nice restaurant when we arrived, but took a few minutes to show us our lodging and then left us on our own, which was fine.
Our room was located at the street front and next to the kitchen, so for those who are noise sensitive I suggest bringing some earplugs.
Convenient location above the restaurant. We highly recommend dining at the restaurant. The food was fantastic and the service was great. The room was clean, but a bit tight. But for the location and experience it was great. A huge plus was that laundry can be done for a nominal fee and it is dropped off right to the room. We enjoyed our stay here.
The room was clean, spacious, and conveniently located in town. We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs one night and the food was delicious! Early sleepers/risers may wish to go elsewhere as pub noise there on the main street was kinda loud and most breakfast shops in town open late. The staff had great recommendations.
I originally was supposed to stay at Ashes's for one night but quickly changed our stay to two nights after arriving! The rooms are located right in the center of town and is above one of the best restaurants in Dingle. Upon checkin, we got some awesome suggestions for live music later that night! Definitely recommended!
