Very easy check in and nice stay! Cool older home with big outside space, would recommend this place for a small group stay.
Everything described on the listing was spot on, very chilled and inviting. I stayed at Martina's place with 3 friends for SXSW and found it a great place to stay for the week. Thanks Martina!
Pleasant funky home in East Austin that feels like home. Our rental was clean, well stocked and had lots of room for lounging. Would recommend to stay here if you're looking for an eclectic homely experience.
Our stay in Martina's home was great. The house is very clean and comfortable, we had 5 people staying, two in each room and one person on the pull out couch, there was more than enough room for everyone. The backyard is spacious and wonderful with a tire swing, fire pit and lovely backyard chickens. Great location close to downtown (UBER ride was around 10 dollars for the 5 of us). Would definitely recommend and/or stay again!
I went to Austin with 5 girlfriends and we were well accomadated staying here. The house definitely felt and looked lived in but it added to the charm :) We didn't spend a large amount of time actually at the house, but we're more then comfortable when we were there. We all appreciated the eco friendly vibe we got staying there and enjoyed the recycling options. I wouldn't recommend the pull out sofa for sleeping, but there was plenty of room for an air mattress. I think all the girls would agree that it perfectly fit our needs. We purchased 2 long mirrors from Target to make up for only having 1 bathroom and it was the perfect solution. The tenant in the guest house was nearly invisible and we liked the chickens! Big thanks to Martina!
We received friendly and clear communication from Martina during the booking process and the week before arrival. The home was spotless and comfortable for a family of five. It would have worked well for three couples who don't mind sharing a bath. The location was perfect for ACL or other centrally located events/festivals.
This was our first airbnb experience and we were extremely pleased.
