The space
This 1200 sq ft home has just been built for you and your stay. It is located just minutes from down town historic 25th st. Also less than 30 minutes from 3 of Utah’s top ski resorts. It includes full kitchen, keurig, microwave, fridge dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Private outside parking, tv, and internet. We would love for you to book with us.
Here is a little history of our place. We built this 1200 sq ft barn/house in 2018 to live in while we build our home on the same property. The barndominium is not attached to our home. The kitchen is 15x20 with a spacious 15x16 living area that has two couches and a recliner. There is a full bath with shower/tub. The master is 12x14 with walk in closet. Up stairs there are two rooms measuring 12x12, one with a queen bed and one with Two bunk bed sets, one with a four on full on the bottom. Our place is only a couple years old so everything is up to date and clean and new.
