This apartment is close to the river Po. You can walk along the river to the city centre. Well furnished, has everything you need, including a bathroom totally renovated in May 2016. The area is full of shops but the environment is also quiet and relaxing. 5 bus stop from Piazza Vittorio Veneto. Direct bus to both the train stations (Porta Susa and Porta Nuova).
The apartment is at the third floor. No elevator. The apartment is composed of a bedroom, a living-room, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, just renovated. The space is suitable for two persons, or a couple with a kid for short period. Smoking is allowed in the balcony, inside is not forbidden but I will appreciate if you can smoke with moderation (and wisely, for example not in the bedroom).
Bedsheet and towels are provided. Coffee available.
The apartment has Wi-fi connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave oven, espresso machine, hand blender. The fridge will be at your disposal. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a TV and a computer. Bathroom is small but more than sufficient. A washer is available.

The neighbourhood has everything you need: a supermarket, tool shop, groceries, bakery, patisserie, coffee shop for breakfast. There are several restaurants: pizzeria, Indian and Japanese restaurant, local food restaurants.
The area is very peaceful and give you the possibilità to walk to the city centre along the river. The parking is free and in general it is quite easy to find.
Right downstairs there is the bus to Porta nuova Railway station. 5 mins walk is the new bus to Porta Susa Railway Station. From both railway stations there are public transportation for Turin, Milan Airports.
I will not go on and on about rules, but we do expect you to treat my r home in the respectful manner that I would treat you and yours.
There is no curfew – however, please be respectful of my neighbours. Pay attention to the window on the roof. When you go out, close them. Weather can change!
Smoking: smoke wisely
From Dec 7 - 11, 2016 the minimum stay is 1 night.
