Step into your shaded paradise located in downtown Beaufort, SC! The US Marine Corps trains our future soldiers just across the river on Parris Island. Stroll to brunch while taking in the quaint charm this historic, military town brings :) Beaufort is a stunning cluster of islands, boasting a perfect combination of rural life, city life, & the beach! You may as well take advantage of everything this city has to offer while you are located so perfectly.

Located in the heart of Beaufort, it’s minutes away from the trendy up and coming areas of downtown and a quick skip to the beach. This home is amazingly stylish and curated in a Hip Maritime fashion that is sure to both relax you and make you feel renewed.

The entry onto the property allows you a glimpse of the surprises that await you once inside this private family home. Gorgeous palm trees graces the yard as well as the stately oaks for which the state is famous. Cross the threshold and your breath is taken away by the sleek design of the newly renovated home, open floor plan, and cheeky in Vogue interior design.

Bespoke modern furniture is dappled throughout each room providing ample storage for all your guests. The living room is bright and cheerful with vibrant colorful accents that vibe with the playful beach theme that ties into the rest of the home. It is the perfect balance of style and comfort.

With a masterfully crafted open floor plan, the dark gleaming floors guide you to an enormous Chefs kitchen. It is fully stocked with everything you need in the way of cooking and dining supplies. State of the Art appliances including a gas range await. The large family style island is perfect for lingering with loved ones or preparing and enjoying a meal. A six seat dinette area sits beautifully adjoining. Luxurious granite counter tops and airy, bright lighting are the perfect complements to this amazing abode.

Down the hall respite and peace abound as you are guided towards the FOUR bedrooms this home has to offer. The Master is contemporary decadence at its finest with an En Suite bathroom and a rich dark wood sleigh bed complete with Queen Tempurpedic mattress. The perfect place to escape for some relaxation and solace. The Second guest room is cheerful with bright pops of color and a private television amid modern furnishings. The main guest room boasts bunk beds with a trundle as well as a double bed! Storage is also available in the form of fun footlocker pieces. Both bathrooms are full and beautifully appointed as well as immaculate.

This home has even more surprises to offer! A large room perfect for children of ANY ages, it comes complete with a pack and play, games, toys, and a bean bag chair and other age suitable furnishings. It is large enough so that all day fun can be enjoyed rain or shine. This is the perfect island style getaway! Spacious, vibrant, and convenient to ALL that Beaufort has to offer. It is truly a home away from home.

*** Although our home is tucked behind the Beaufort Police Department, we also have an alarm system that’s monitored by fire and police in the event of an emergency. We also provide 2 fire extinguishers.
