This house is one of eight similar houses, a kind of standard holiday house. Jim was communicative enough by mail, but he is not the owner and not the caretaker. We did not see him. We did not see the caretaker either. We had to phone her to find out where the key was. Not one word of welcome. The owners were only present by means of written notes on how to deal with practicalities. The facilities of the house are adequate.
